Went to several dealerships over the course of a month. By far the best service. Honest, fast, and they work with you, all when making sure you understand your purchase! Hard to find qualities in a dealership these days!

The truck I wanted (and bought) was advertised as a GM Certified Used Car, got the deal all set and when it came to the paperwork it wasn’t certified like I had been led to believe which sucked. But the finance dept got a warranty put together that was a little better than the certified one I thought I was getting buying the truck going into it at a few dollars extra a month so it all worked out more or less. They let you decide on what you can afford and are straightforward from a sales point. Pushy-ness is 100% non existent at Yark Chevy, worth the drive from Toledo

The customer service was very friendly and helpful! The process was quick and easy. My only issue was with how aggressive they were at insisting on extended warranties, but that's probably typical car business I guess. Thanks Yark for your help!

The sales guy Josh Sparks was great to do business with. He communicated extremely well with me and the service was great I have gone to other dealerships and the salesmen just wanted to sell you something and get you out the door. Josh Sparks was very helpful and honest with me and I felt comfortable sitting there for almost 4 hours while the Finance team was working on getting me a good deal. I was pretty happy with them. I will refer them to other people who are interested in a vehicle.

This was a very positive experience. My sales person, Josh, took time and patience to show me both Equinox and Cruse cars as I was uncertain which vehicle I wanted. After I made my decision he calculated the price based on my trade in value of my 2013 Malibu and incentives that were available. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, positive, and helpful. In the future I will definitely purchase my next car at Yark Chevrolet.
