So, to be honest, I truly dreaded the thought of buying another vehicle. The process has left me feeling exhausted and (potentially) taken advantage of. I know it should not be that way it should be exciting and fun. After speaking with Rick Hastings, his kind manner and honest conversation, I am actually looking forward to coming in this week-end to continue with my purchase! Rick, and Ganley Toyota I am guessing this will not be my last purchase either!

I was treated with respect, kindness and good humor by my sales agent Amber, from the moment we met. From the test drive, to the negotiation, the paperwork and finally the inspection and owner's tutorial I have never received such "Black Tie Customer Service" from a dealership. Also, a tip of the hat to Denise in Finance, who was likewise a pleasure to work with.
Fourth experience with Ganley Toyota in Akron, and the best one yet!response / report this review -

Great place to buy a car. Ask for Jeff, he really cares about people getting a car, so helpful and so nice. He treated me with the utmost respect. You can't beat their pricing, they have the best cars in the market. My experience was so positive, i would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. My wife and I went out on a Sunday morning to browse some used car lots for small trucks. There were very few dealerships actually open. Most of those we visited didn't have much selection to choose from. So out of the blue I did a quick web search and came across Ganley Toyota in Akron who had multiple used small trucks to pick from. After making a call I just so happened to get Roberto on the phone who invited us to make the drive to look at them. He was so helpful - no pressure sales. I ended up trading in my old Tacoma for an almost new one. Overall, had a great experience and landed a fantastic deal. Thanks Roberto!!

Don't usually enjoy car shopping. Stopped in out of the clear blue at Ganley, met Roberto and asked one question. Much to my surprise, he gave me one answer. I wasn't sure what to do. Every other dealer I've ever been in has never answered that same question with one basic honest answer. Imagine that, the next day I came back and bought a car. No games, no runaround, and absolutely no B.S.. Thank you so much. If you are in the market for a car, I will highly recommend Ganley, and try to deal with Roberto if possible

At a time when we weren't sure we could afford a brand new car, my husband heard a random radio ad and contacted Ganley to see what they could do for us. We could have gone to a Toyota dealership closer to home, but Ganley earned our business! Various people at the dealership helped us through the process, making it easy for us to take things one step at a time to decide what was right for us. Along the way a couple of mixups happened that might have made us consider going elsewhere, but everyone was quick to step up and make adjustments that ultimately helped to keep our business. Our experiences with Amber (sales rep) and Patrick (sales manager) were both positive. And we love our new Toyota Highlander!

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had at Ganley Toyota Used cars. Mark Bropst and John Decker helped us with our very first purchase of a used car. Since we had NEVER done this before we were beyond overwhelmed. They made the experience easy and stress free. They found a truck in our price range and what we wanted. They weren't pushy or overbearing. I will recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you both again for the great truck and wonderful experience

Top notch experience buying a 2018 Camry.
Dealership is spotless. Coffee and nice sitting area available.
My salesman, Andrew, did a phenomenal job. Very friendly and easy to work with. While my car was being built and shipped to Akron he stayed in touch with me and arranged a time for pick up.
My interaction with management and finance were excellent as well.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a Prius. Our salesman Dave Olsen was very helpful getting the best deal that made us very happy with the outcome. Usually my wife has anxiety even going into a car dealership; however she said this was a totally satisfying experience. A very friendly young lady met her at the door smiling and happy, and completely helpful. The icing on the cake was how pleasant finance was, no pressure. Explained what was available, and let her choose what she thought was best for her. Any car purchases in the future will be at Ganley. Thanks for everything.

After numerous attempts to find a new car locally, we found the Toyota Highlander Hybrid here at Ganley. We Chatted with the online agent who gave our request for pricing on the car. The Salesman (Matt Ruff) was quick to respond and gave us a great deal on the spot. No hassling or wasting time. We didn't even have to call or visit the dealership to get the best deal possible. We are 2 hours away but would gladly drive back to purchase another vehicle when we need one. The whole purchasing process was efficient and everyone there worked together to make sure we had a pleasurable car buying experience.

I'll be honest I loved this dealer when I first came to Ohio they were great, however after a service adviser was rude over the phone they are no longer my dealer and I've taken my business elsewhere. I never had an issue with work performed but when I'm getting service once every two months I like to have pleasant service advisers

Went to this dealership as a walkin and saw the all black Chevy Impala. The salesman Roberto was selling the car as the midnight edition. After further research I determined this is not the midnight edition. The midnight edition is ALL black on the inside (interior) with race car pedals which this one does not have. This is pretty much your basic black model which was also a rental. It does have the back emblem and rims however; the emblem can be bought for about 80 bucks and the rims for over $1,000.00. Once my husband called and told Roberto we were no longer interested Roberto decided to hang up on him. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. He should have thicker skin than that since he's in that industry he should be use to being told "no". So because of his unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend this dealership. Also, if your looking to purchase this car check the passenger mirror because it's not flushed to the car due to a previous accident.

I have been impressed with this dealership and its staff! I am on my third lease through Ganley Toyota. Everyone from the sales, service, and finance departments have been great to work with. My last two leases have been with Drew Vance and I highly recommend him. Very easy to work with, no pressure, straightforward and has made the experience great! Amber reviewed all the details and specifics on the new features and equipment, making the transition easy. Mike Weaver and Allison made the finance portions go quick and painless. Michael Ash and Michael Flanagan have always been helpful and courteous whenever my vehicles have needed service. The building is always nice and clean too! Thanks to everyone!

Jared was AMAZING! He was very kind. He communicated well. He gave me a great deal on a 2106 Toyota Corolla. He got me the color of car that I wanted. Great experience with this Ganley Toyota dealership. Even the financial personAlley was wonderful! Patrickthe gentleman who showed me how to work everything on my new car, was fantastic!
