These guys are awesome! We worked with Collin and he went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and were satisfied with it. Car shopping is rough for us; my husband always gets angry and yells at the sales men and I ask a lot of questions that they don’t want to give a straight answer for. Great Lakes was completely different! It was a pleasure dealing with them. Everyone involved was nice and took the time to answer us honestly. The dealership was comfortable and has a play area for kids! We live two hours away but it was so worth the drive. We will never deal with another dealership again!

Got our 17 Civic here. We will be back for the next vehicle.
Worked with Adam T. He is super knowledgeable with Honda's. They have a very relaxed atmosphere, like seeing friends.
Not like a big money sign walking in the door.
Big plus was all weather mats and mud guards included!
    Very very pleased

Worked with Ed Bell to get my Honda Pilot. He is and has been a pleasure to work with! He helped me find the vehicle I wanted and made sure I was totally comfortable with the terms, pricing, etc. Super friendly and very knowledgeable! I’ve since been working with Ed ongoing and he always takes the time to answer my questions and helping me as I consider my options moving forward at the end of my lease. He’s become a great friend and trusted resource for me which I am so thankful for given the negative experience that I had with my previous vehicle from a different dealership. It’s awesome ongoing customer service when he has continued to check in with me and we always stop and chat when I’m in for maintenance on my car. I’ll absolutely be back at Great Lakes working with Ed moving forward when it’s time to get another vehicle!

Julia was so knowledgeable and friendly. It's like she is known cars since she was little. It made the buying experience less stressful and way more enjoyable. I think buying a new car should be fun and she definitely made it that.

We recently leased 2 vehicles from Great Lakes and were incredibly satisfied with the service of this entire dealership. Brendan is an extremely honest and trustworthy sales associate and I would recommend anyone looking for a Honda in Northeast Ohio to head to see him. He didn’t pressure us into any vehicle or package, he took all the time necessary to make sure we made the best and informed choices for us. We love our Honda’s and will keep coming back. Thanks again!

I'm not here to leave a review. I find it quite odd that the Great Lakes Honda manager will respond and give thanks to all customers who leave positive reviews but she never addresses negative responses. That's weird and shows what type of manager she really is.

During the sales process of my CPO Honda Accord everything seemed fine, and since I drove a vehicle to the dealership that I was not trading in my salesman told me that they would provide a courtesy shuttle after my purchase so that I could take my other vehicle home and be brought back to the dealership to get my new car. Well this was a complete lie because after I signed all of my papers and the sale was complete, I was told that they "were too busy to provide the courtesy shuttle" that had been promised prior to my purchase. I was also told during the sale that the Honda branded all weather floor mats were not as expensive as the Weather Tech mats that I was planning to purchase, and once again this was a complete lie. The Honda branded mats showed up on Tuesday (bought the vehicle Saturday), and they were $60 more than the comparable Weather Tech mats. I was planning on purchasing the 3D Weather Tech mats that are only $20 more than the Honda mats that came. I want to return the Honda mats, but I cannot get the guy who sold me my car to return my phone calls. Apparently at this dealership once your sale and loan paper work is complete they have no interest in talking with you. Terrible customer service from the people I have dealt with at this dealership. I will never buy another car from them, or pay to get my car serviced there. I would not recommend this dealer to you.

Update - after waiting more than 4 weeks for my memo title, I called the dealership and they told me that Honda would send me the memo title, which I found odd. Then I call Honda and they say the dealership should have already sent it. So I call the dealership about this issue and the woman I spoke with who manages sending out the titles/memo titles claimed that it must have got lost in the mail. Lol Unreal. I bet these people told their teachers in school that their dogs ate their homework too. Seriously, go to Park Honda or another Honda dealership that's not operated by shady people across the board.

I have purchased two vehicles and been in for service many times at Great Lakes Honda. My experience has always been excellent in terms of staff and facilities. People are always helpful and friendly without being pushy. The service department is always busy but the waiting area is quite nice with a big TV, donuts, popcorn, coffee, and a kids play area. My daughter always wants to come with for the treats and to sit in the new cars. I've always been a Honda fan and Great Lakes Honda makes it even better. Definitely recommend.

I have purchased two vehicles at Great Lakes Honda and have visited many times for service. My experience has always been excellent with both the sales and service staff. People are friendly and not pushy. They explain things thoroughly and are very helpful. The facility is very clean and inviting. My daughter always likes to come with me to sit in all the new cars and get a donut in the waiting area. They also have fresh popcorn and a variety of coffees to keep you occupied. I've always been a fan of Honda vehicles and the experience at Great Lakes Honda makes it even better.

Great Lakes Honda is a wonderful car dealership. I have been a customer here since 2000. Lynn Snoderly is an amazing leasing/sales associate. She is diligent, conscientious and goes the extra mile to satisfy her customers. Lynn is very pleasant to work with. Justin Miller in service is the best ! Justin has always responded to my service concerns in a very positive, professional manner. Justin has always been to get my car in quickly for service. The waiting area for service is clean, inviting & a pleasant place to wait. A total 5 Star experience !

The BEST Honda dealership EVER! The level of customer service is unreal! From the handwritten note from Gavin to Marcus delivering my car to my house, I felt like royalty! We were loyal customers to another dealership for 20+ years until our sales guy retired and they weren't willing to work with us. Then Gavin and Marcus magically appeared in our lives and it's been Honda Heaven ever since! We are now Great Lakes customers for life!

Fantastic experience. Lynn Snoderly was my sales person and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and just an overall amazing person. The cars I had found online had been sold the day before - but yet she was able to find two different cars w/in minutes - that were almost identical (mileage, make/model, price, year) to the ones I had found online. She is that very rare blend of professionalism and personality -that shouldn't be rare in sales people. I highly recommend dealing with her. Oh, and if all this wasn't enough - I had borrowed a friends' car to go to the dealership. And after purchasing my car - had the dilemma of getting two cars home. Lynn followed me in her car, let me drop off the other vehicle at my house & then drove me back to the dealership to get my new car. When's the last time a sales person did that for anyone! THANK YOU LYNN & GREAT LAKES HONDA!!

I went to the dealership a week ago to get a wheel alignment and I had some other concerns. I was told I couldn't get the wheel alignment because some other work hadn't gotten done that I had thought did. They were great about that. I had other concerns and was charged a $115 diagnostic fee. The only thing they checked out was why I couldn't get the wheel alignment. I had said the the past 4 days my car wasn't starting up right and making a loud whinny noise. I also had concerns about acceleration and my RPM needle jumping around a lot. The sales lady I talked to was so polite and awesome, but the other lady not so great. I called, left messages, finally after like 3 different times. I asked to speak to the manager because I was sick of calling and getting no response. Magically the lady was able to able to come to the phone. All I wanted to know was my total price and if my car was ready.
Less then 24 hrs later my car died in the middle of the road, apparently the alternator died (Which from what I found out was the reason for my car starting up weird the past few days and the sound I heard). Ive been without a car for a week and I paid $115 to find out what the problem was and no one told me my alternator was getting ready to die. So other than factory recalls and wheel alignments I will not be returning to this dealership :(

Was looking to trade in our 2009 Ford Edge with 44k miles on a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Our Edge is in immaculate condition and they offered $8k as trade. In my 30 years of buying vehicles I've never been more insulted by such an offer. I'll never step foot in this joke of a stealership ever again. Not sure how they have 4.3 stars out of 5 unless most of these people weren't trading anything. I'm still mind blowndid I have stupid written on my face? This is why people dislike dealers!

I have been purchasing at Great Lakes Honda for the past 5 years and two vehicles later I’m still coming back. The dealership is large, as is the service department. This makes it easier for them to get whatever vehicle you want and also, in most cases, have same day service appointments. Something that’s important to me is not to be just a number; a sale. When I’ve had concerns, the sales person Marcus and GM Gavin wanted to ensure that they took the time to sit down with me face to face and understand what my needs were so that they would have a happy customer. I would recommend that buyers looking for a vehicle give Great Lakes Honda the ability to earn your business.
