Mercedes as Bedford and staff made a great experience for my latest car buying experience. Hugh was very helpful and patient through our initial conversations catering to my needs through phone, text and email whatever the situation demanded. Upon arrival and pick up the promised 1 hour of paperwork was met with Orlando who made it very easy to understand and no pressure. Skylar was fantastic in communicating the ins and out of my new vehicle and even followed up with a personal email and letting me know if I needed anything else do not hesitate to ask. The staff at Mercedes- Benz of Bedford is as high quality as the cars they sell. From our salesman, Chad Marshall to Orlando in financing and their product concierge Skylar-who sat in the car with me and explained Everything, and was easily accessible for questions post delivery as well-everybody was just such a pleasure to work with. We couldnt be happier with our experience.

The sales experience was fine, but your finance department needs work. I recently bought out the lease on my 2015 Smart Cabriolet. I have tried to return this "Richard" persons phone call 4 times.
Your automated menu runs you around until you give up.

Anyway, I need the following items.
1. Copy of loan docs
2. Memorandum title
3. Acct # when and where to make payments

The same thing happened to me when I leased the vehicle. Maybe if I had purchased a more expensive vehicle some one would respond to me.

I will never darken their doorway again.

I am a proud new owner of a 2018 CLA Mercedes- Benz. Lionel did an excellent job providing great customer service. He was knowledgeable about each car and their features. He also did a great job in helping me find a car that was comfortable for me. Both in style and payment. Skylar was extremely helpful with showing me the features of the car and even helped me take my previous lease back, to the other car dealership. I left the dealership feeling confident in my decision and excited for my new lease. I would rate my overall experience as EXCELLENT.

I met with Mercedes Product Concierge Skylar S. Lippiatt,
who demonstrated all the features on my new car. She took the time and was extremely patient making sure I fully understood how each sometimes very complex technical element worked.

In addition, she was pleasant personally and made the demonstration a complete joy. She embodies the first class reputation that I have always thought Mercedes Benz stands for. I am happy that the bar remains high for Mercedes Benz and their representatives. In this particular case, Skylar is an exemplar part of their team.

I worked with Mr. Crouch who sold us our car. First they listened to what we wanted. My husband told them what were were looking for. They were more than happy to help us find the car our 2017 GLC. We had gone to other Mercedes dealerships and our request fell on deaf ears.
Skylar was our tech-lady-guru. She helped me to understand the new advances , buttons and things. They both made it clear I could call with any questions. I love my car:) It rides so smooth. Its handling is superb.Perfect for a boomer like me, who does city driving.

I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bedford. My sales person was Mike Smith he was very patient and professional and made my experience with them a great one. I also had a wonderful experience with Skyler. She took her time and made sure that I was knowledgeable about the all of the features my new vehicle offered. Mike also showed me the fabulous features however it was late and I requested another lesson at a later time which is why I was connected to Skyler. I was able to come back in and Skyler made sure I was comfortable with my new features before I left her. The beautiful gift I received from Mike Smith was a welcome surprise and very thoughtful.
