Great experience buying my new vehicle. Roger Thurman, sales, was the best. He helped find exactly what I was looking for and the price was perfect. All around great experience with everyone I dealt with from my initial contact, sales, and finance. I traded in my truck and got a great trade in amount. I was treated amazing by all.

Dan Naples was super! He made my car purchase a positive experience. I apologize that I do not remember the finance person I met with but he was wonderful too! He explained everything and was helpful with setting my payment date for a time frame that works for me. The other person I worked with was the one who helped me set up Onstar and other tech features. He was extremely helpful and explained the tech options for me so I was comfortable with my new car! I believe this excellent service demonstrates excellent management. All the employees seemed happy to work there and that is a direct reflection on the management of the organization. Thank you for being there for someone like me making a car purchase. Words can not describe how pleased I am with my purchase! I will recommend Greenwood Chevrolet to anyone I know that is in the market for a new or used car.

Service and parts personal are friendly and always willing to help. Feel there mechanics could and should be doin a better job when repairing or servicing vehicles. As a mechanic myself I take pride in what I do knowing that when something I work on leaves the shop it was repaired correctly. I don't feel there mechanics take pride in what they do because it shows in there work quality.

This was one of my best car buying experiences ever. I went to Greenwood Chevy looking for a Chevy Traverse and it took some work but our salesperson Becky Cruz and the Finance Manager Tracy Briden made the wait more than worthwhile. We couldn't love our car more it's awesome even after going down from a truck. Thank you again ladies you are awesome and we will be back to see you in the Spring when our son graduates from college and is ready to buy a new car. Thanks again and see you soon!!!

I bought a car here and had it serviced a few times. The salesman was awesome. Sends me a birthday every year. The service department is great too. They have a very nice waiting area with TV, Wifi and snacks but always offer me a rental car so I don't have to wait. I've had nothing but a great experience with them every time I go.
