Airbag recall was done in the time I was told. They gave it a basic look over and alerted me to some things I already knew were there and nothing else. Didn't try and hustle me with the "this is wrong and you're gonna die" pressure to fix minor stuff. I normally detest dealers and do all my own maintenance, even things like transmission replacement.
I would bring my junk here for service.

Worst car dealer I ever dealt. Listen people. I bought used 2014 428i. It had issues during process of purchasing the car. Had big noticeable scratches on the resl bumper. Salesperson came to my westlake home and drove to dealer then brought back to my house after 3 days. During this car was possessed by the dealer, someone drive the car around for 250 miles. I took a picture of the mileage before leaving my house. Also, they promissed me 3 complementary oil change but they now says they never promissed. Another thing is when i gave deposit check to a salesman,, i asked him if he can deposit it on Monday but they deposit on Friday and made my business cheking account overdrafted two check. Salesperson asked fkr the proof. I send him cooy of bank statement and called him literally 40 times and spoke dinance manager Erick about 13 times. Erick said he will write a check right now everytime I called. That was a month ago. I bought the car in October. WORST DEAKER EVER.

I used to like Dave Walter a lot, but a recent experience has me never going back.

I bought a CPO car which was apparently accessorized by Dave Walter with McGard lock lugs. These lock lugs are not suitable for BMW specification and Brandon, the service adviser saw no issue with that.

I took my vehicle with the Dave Walter accessorized lock lugs in for a tire rotation, but the technicians stripped out the lock studs. I was then going to be charged $130 to remove the studs. I explained that my car was under warranty, had the original equipment on it, torqued to BMW spec, and the BMW technicians stripped the stud, but I was still going to be charged for the service.

I elected not to have the service done, but still found that they chipped my powder coated wheels trying to use their master key. I was told the service manager would call me regarding the chipped wheel, but it’s been over week without a phone call. I sent a couple of emails to Brandon without receiving a response. Brandon was also very unprofessional during the original exchange.

I do not do business with Dave Walter anymore due to their poor business morals and unprofessional staff.

Nothing but problems and passing the buck! I called asking for info about getting a service, no return. I show up in person and wait for 30 minutes before anyone even pays attention. The service writer Brandon apologized and it felt sincere. But then I go to pick it up and the wheels are coved in grease and dirt! Tyrone noticed us looking and imediately rectified it. But these constant issues are making me regret our choice of buying a BMW.

Having bought three cars and serviced them all at Dave Walter BMW, I've always been pleased w/the level of service provided. After experiencing other BMW dealerships in the past, I can safely say Dave Walter BMW has clearly stood out as the best I've experienced.

Sold me a sour lemon! Car had non run flat tires when they should be run flat tires. Didn't tell me they were non flat tires. Came with no spare or jack. Already had two flat tires and had to get the car towed twice in 6 months. Dealer couldn't do anything about it. Terrible service. Tried to get in touch of general manager and never heard a word from him.

From the moment you enter the service bay area, a pleasant, helpful associate is present to
assist with beginning your service experience. History is updated expediently and efficiently and when promised, a loaner car is ready to go. Follow-up calls are timely and courteous. I have had nothing but the highest quality customer service at this dealership. --Lori Reilly

What can I say other than if you are in the market for a new or used BMW you owe it to yourself to stop looking elsewhere and head to Dave Walter BMW. The level of service is exactly what you should expect and completely on par with the BMW brand. The sales staff is incredibly knowledgable and professional, no slimy used car tactics here. My experience with Michelle was extremely positive and I found her intuition to be invaluable. She took the time to learn what I appreciated about the brand and built off of that. She didn't see me the car she wanted me to buy, she sold me the car I wanted to buy. These are behaviors not often found in the luxury segment and ones that should be noted and praised. When it came to sign paperwork Shujaat was key. Not only was he able to find a financing plan that worked for me, but he and Rora in finance worked late to make it all happen. I found the process to be very streamlined and straightforward and the entire thing was explained to me in simple terms. I really did not expect my devotion to a brand to grow in such a way, but through such a high level of service and dedication it has. I love my car now even more than the day I bought it and when its time for another, Michelle will be my contact and Dave Walter will be my dealership. Excellent job to all and thank you again for the amazing service!

I was extremely nervous about buying a pre-owned car sight unseen. I live in Wisconsin, but found exactly the vehicle I was looking for at Dave Walter BMW in Ohio, about an 8 hours drive away. Jillian, who replied to my initial internet inquiry, was very thorough in describing the vehicle. She took pictures of a couple very slight scratches in the exterior and was honest and helpful. Mark Stacy handled the rest of the sale. Mark had "his guy", take the car in and remove said scratches. At pickup, the car was literally in Like new condition! Amazing! Mark kept me in the loop for the entire process. To pickup the vehicle I flew into Cleveland Airport and a very professional driver named Bryce From Dave Walter was waiting for me in a new X6, he brought me to the dealership,.there I met Mark firsthand, and he introduced me to Scott who was their "BMW Genius", Scott was just that, he spent about an hour with me, and would have gladly spent longer, showing me all the features and options on the car. He assisted in setting up the car and put the front license plate bracket on the car for me before I left. I cant say enough about how great the car is, and how painless Dave Walter BMW made this experience, as sight unseen can be a risky proposition. I couldn't be happier with the result!

Terrible service on cars. On one of my X5's they actually left a pair of their gloves inside the front bumper and just put the wheel-well cover back on!!! Wasn't till I went to change the fog lights that I found out! And just a couple days ago I went there and asked the parts desk a question about getting a key.. and they all laughed at me. I come to get my questions answered.. not laughed at like I'm a child. I'll be going to a diff BMW dealership from now on even if it's further away, and I recommend you do the same. Terrible mechanical service and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
