I am extremely happy with the Ford Edge.
I was impressed how quite and smooth it ran - low cabin noise, smooth shifting, low engine noise, low road noise, and a smooth ride.
The paper work took a very short time, and every thing was explained thoroughly.
The salesman, Dan Peters, was very helpful and went over all the features in a calm and patient manner. He followed up with a call the next day, and another call a few days later.
He also offered for me to stop by at anytime to go over any questions I might have on feature operations.
I have been buying Ford products from Klaben Ford, and before that, Klaben Lincoln/Mercury since 1997, and I am very leased with the experience.response / report this review -

I bought a 2016 f-150 sight unseen. The truck was exactly as described. Buddy Moore and the staff were fantastic. I was contacted by both Rich and Christine Klaben personally. The out of state transaction was seamless and easy. Highly recommended. I can see why their dealer ratings are probably the best I have ever seen.

Ty Davis could not have been more helpful and professional. He listened to my needs and I bought the first and only car he showed me! I didn't even mention I wanted a sunroof but I got it. He was knowledgeable about the features of the car and I can go back to him with questions any time. They have a beautiful showroom as well. Jennifer Bowen finished up our experience with all of the paperwork. She explained everything in detail and was very friendly and cheerful. They both love their jobs and it is obvious. Thank you Mr. Klaben!

I have bought most of my vehicles from Klaben Ford. And I have had them all serviced at Klaben Ford. I am never disappointed. Mona Crooks is excellent at what she does. Mike Crooks, the technician again is excellent at what he does. He did an awesome job on my Escape and did not waste any time getting it done. Mona got me an appointment quickly and explained everything that would be done.
NEW REVIEW: As usual I received excellent service by the service department at Klaben Ford Kent. Particularly by Service Writer, Mona Crooks and Service Tech. Mike Crooks. However I decided to trade my vehicle in on a new vehicle, I worked with Salesman, Richard Buddy Moore. He is an awesome salesman. Nate Bryant did an excellent job in helping me find the vehicle I needed. He took time to listen and asked good questions to help narrow my search. Then he went to work to find the right vehicle for me, a Ford F150 at an excellent price. The guy is a straight shooter and went the extra mile; not pushy what-so-ever. I highly recommend this guy.

Ask for Ty Davis. I was told to work with him and I'm glad I was given that advice. Ty is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, affable, and best of all - you can trust him. I have leased from three other dealerships in the past and I can honestly say that every other experience pales in comparison to what I experienced at Klaben Ford with Ty Davis. I will go out of my way to work with Klaben and Ty in the future. You can expect him to know all about every vehicle you're interested in, he will go out of is way to make sure you're well informed of every detail of the buying/leasing process, and best of all he is fast and efficient with completion of the deal - you won't sit there for hours waiting to sign the papers. Also, his attention to detail is remarkable. I couldn't give a stronger recommendation for someone to work with.

Our family discussed purchasing a new truck for about a year. We considered many options and dealerships that were much closer, we drove 30 miles to deal with Klaben even though I have dozens of dealerships within 15 miles of my residence. Between my family, my mother, father, brothers, in laws and friends we have purchased well over 30 vehicles over the last 25 years from Klaben Ford. This was the first time I worked with Doug Carter, my salesman on this purchase, and it was the smoothest vehicle purchase to date. I was able to talk to Doug a couple of times on the phone about what I was looking for and when he told me he had it I drove up. He delivered exactly what we discussed at exactly the price and payment we agreed on. After deciding to move forward with the purchase Doug informed me I would be signing with Christine Klaben and he promised that she was exceptional and fast. He was accurate again. The paper work has always been my least favorite part of the purchase process. She explained everything, answered my questions, and guided me through the whole signing process in about 15 minutes. I recommend Klaben Ford, Doug Carter, and Christine Klaben as highly as I possibly can. Simply an excellent experience!

I went to Klaben to view a truck advertised on-line that was listed with a great price. The truck I wanted was not available due to an error in the ad, but the sales staff and management went way beyond expectations to find me another vehicle that suited my needs and at an unbelievable price. The last time I got a deal this good was 2008 during the Great Recession. I will go back when I need another vehicle.
