Awesome service. ZACK STROKES WAS AWESOME AS ALWAYS. HE IS MY FAVORITE, HE'S ALWAYS SO POLITE, KIND, and helpful. HE goes out of his way to keep you updated on your service. It's so nice to get updates often which makes it easier if your service takes longer. HE does what he says which is so appeciated. My daughter had her car repaired at a different service shop and she told me she wished every service company had a person like ZACK working for them. So thank you ZACK for the awesome service you gave me. Your awesome and so so appeciated. On scale of 1 to 10. You get a 20 you always go way above the highest. Thanks

I had another great experience at Yark. Ramon Ortiz is a very helpful, friendly and professional salesperson and he goes the extra mile to make the purchase experience a pleasurable one.
I will definitely purchase a vehicle from Yark again in the future.
I feel that this dealership is fantastic. The service department is excellent as well. I have always been treated with respect and kindness. Service after the sale is just as important as the sales experience and this dealership does everything well.response / report this review -

I am not an easy person to offer a 5 star rating. However, from the moment we walked in the door of Yark, I never felt like we were being taken advantage of. More specifically, Rob Rohr and Tim Duncan seemed to want to get us in the vehicle WE wanted, not the vehicle that the dealer wanted to put us into. I can't express how comfortable we felt with the entire process. Thank you Yark people for a wonderful and REFRESHING experience.

My mom purchased a car from them. It was overall an awesome experience. Ramon was our salesman and was definitely a cool guy. We had Chris for a financial advisor and he was wonderful. Did everything in his power to help us out and get the payments where we needed them. Thank you all so much. My mom did very well with this car!😊

Andy L did a great job of making sure my car repair went smoothly. He would call me 1-2 times a day with an update of what was happening with my car and what the expected time frame would be. I would highly recommend him to work with. You made my car repair stress free. Thank you

Anyone looking for a great car buying experience should stop in and see David Duncan at Yark. He helped me get a price I was comfortable with on the new truck of my dreams and I couldn't be happier. He worked tirelessly even on his day off (above and beyond) to finalize a deal that I could not be happier with. I'm set for a while but I will definitely be back to David on my next purchase.

We bought a Fiat Used from Yark 3 years ago. 30,000 miles later the fiat needs a $6000 repair(if it was in perfect shape that is what it would be worth). This is the type of repair that should occur at 150,000 miles not at 47,000 miles. Yark sold me a lemon and won't stand behind the car. I brought it in 3 months ago and they couldn't figure out what is wrong. They changed the oil and said come back in three months. This time the figured out the problem in a couple of hours and guess what? The car is toast. This is either on Yark for selling me this lemon or it is on Fiat and Yark wouldn't argue my case with fiat so I am done. Would never buy another Fiat and would never go to Yark again.

We received the best service from our salesman, Ernie who made our buying experience quick, thorough, and smooth. We knew what we wanted and Ernie made it possible in a matter of two days! What great service! Thank you we love our new Jeep Wrangler! And Yark !

I went to Yark Auntomovie this past Saturday (5/6/17) and worked with Grant to find a vehicle to replace my 2003 Ford Focus. The initial experience I had on browsing the inventory was good but, would have liked someone to come out and greet us a bit sooner. When Grant did come over to offer assistance he was very personable and accommodating, and answered all our questions to the best of his ability. He offered us the keys to the vehicles we liked and asked us feedback on the driving experience without being pushy. I found the vehicle I liked that had all the requirements I needed easily and the specifics of the purchase such as trade in and discounts were discussed and solved in less than 30 minutes. Overall Grant was a great salesman to work with and I love my new vehicle!

Friendly service. Very happy with the Jeep. Drove 2hrs to get here, before we even saw or drove the vehicle. Was just a nice as described. Would recommend salesman, Greg Early too. Great communication over the past week leading up to our purchase!

I had been looking into buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee for quite some time. I live in the Columbus area, and had gone to several dealerships in the area. I just had a feeling that I was not being given accurate information, nor the best deal. I reached out to Yark Automotive and Todd Schulz. He was very professional, and attentive, as since this was my first time buying a car straight from a dealership, I had a long list of questions and concerns. I was also able to get what I consider a deal that is too good to pass up, so within a couple of days, I made the trip and bought the vehicle. It is a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude edition, and I absolutely love it. The buying experience was top notch from start to finish, and I highly recommend Yark and Todd to anyone

Came in to Yark looking for the best deal on a Chrysler 200. On my first visit, I met Josh, who worked with me to help pick out a car that best suits me. I test drove a couple cars to see which one I liked best. When I got back, Josh and I went back to his office and talked about the details on the cars. Josh was never pushing me to make a decision right away, but just helping me by answering the questions that I had. I left that day without purchasing the car, but knew I would come back soon to purchase, as working with Josh was the best experience I have had at any dealership. A few days later I met up with Josh again and told him the news of wanting to buy the car. I think he was just as excited for me as I was. Thank you Yark and especially thank you Josh! I will be back.
