What is my brother-in-law and I have both bought SUVs this year from Jeff Wyler they treat you really good and the deals that they make are spectacular go Jeff Wyler
I am not happy at all with my latest experiences there. I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Jeff Wyler November 2016. I went in for an oil change and decided to start looking at the 2017 and 2018 Chevy Cruze while I waited. I was greeted by John Maula who seemed very nice. After telling me my payment was going to be over $200 more than what I am paying now, I left and he said he would call me if he found anything with a lower price. He called, said he may have found something and asked for pay stubs. I sent him my pay stubs and we emailed back and forth for a few minutes and he NEVER got back to me. This was almost a month ago at this point. Every time he told me he would get back to me I would have to reach out to him after not hearing back for days. I am just so shocked at the disrespect. My first experience when working with Charles was amazing but working with John was a nightmare of no communication.
I had an amazing experience at Jeff Wyler. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and they made the process painless. My sales representative was Mark Bowman and he was great! He went out of his way to get me the vehicle of my dreams. I truly felt that he jumped through hoops for me. Not one person tried to pressure me into buying a certain vehicle or selling me extra things. My overall experience was great and I would recommend this facility to anyone trying to buy a new or used vehicle. Thank you for all of your help, Mark and Jeff Wyler Chevrolet!!
Our sales person, Andy Wilson, was very knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile to help us. He answered all our questions and didn't try to pressure us. I highly recommend Wyler Chev for your buying experience.
Very upset with this dealership. I will never buy another car from here again!
I purchased my 2010 GMC Acadia in MAY. No need for heat to come on. Right? So now that it is WINTER and I need my heater to work it doesn't. I take it in for a service call. OK $118.20 for that. Fine. But to tell me that my car that I purchased 6 mo. ago needs $4,346.78 worth of work??? REALLY!!! NONE on this was caught on the big inspection report that was done Before I bought the car? I have put 11 K in mile since purchase. NEVER AGAIN. LESSON LEARNED!
Clean, friendly and large selection. Nick was a great representative for Euler. Stop here for GM needs.
Super salesman -Bill Moore -and his management team. Bill was able to get both of my adult children Richard and Rebecca into newer vehicles.
I was truly impressed by the level of desire to get these two folks and to a vehicle that they could afford and that would be good for them in the long run.
Thanks again to Bill and his team.
I always receive top notch outstanding service with Sheila she is considerate and very kind. Sheila always has a kind smile on her face.
Thank you for superior service!

As a first time car buyer I had a great experience here. The workers worked hard to get me the best possible deal. My parents have bought several cars from here over the years, and I intend to be back as well
If there was a zero star I would put that. Their customer service is terrible and basically non-existent. No one ever seems to want to help you or take you serious. I went in 2 hours before the place closed and nobody was interested in helping me. When somebody finally asked me if I needed help, he clearly did not want to wait on me so he pawned me off on Justin, who was just standing around watching TV and not interested in helping me. When Justin came over, he never introduced himself or asked what my name was. He seemed annoyed that I was there 2 hours before they closed. When trying to make a deal on a new car, I told him that it was too high and he basically refused to go see if they could get a better price on my trade in. By this time it was 30 minutes before they closed and it was obvious he didn't want to help me further and just wanted to leave. He clearly did not want to make a sale, and I was ready to buy! It was almost like they did not want to sell a car at all. I've purchased one car here and it will be the one and only car purchased from Jeff Wyler.
The experience with the used car and service team at Jeff Wyler -Columbus has been a great one as they worked with me to find the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I greatly appreciate Andy, Melvin, Doug, and Melanie's (service) support of me as a long time customer. They make me and my business feel appreciated.
Dropped my vehicle off using the night drop box and was told that they would look at it first thing in the morning. I left explicit directions with the service scheduler, as well as on the drop off form that I wanted to be called with an estimate, whether or not they could perform the work non-warranty work I was requesting, and that I needed my vehicle returned by 2pm. By 10am I had still not received a call so I called their service department and the phone rang and rang and rang, but no one ever picked up. I called back at 12pm and left a voicemail message with the service manager JJ. I called again at 1pm and finally was able to talk to JJ and a tech who verified what my requested maintenance items were, but still would not give me an estimate for the repairs. I arrived at the dealership and found my vehicle sitting in the same spot that it had been parked in last night. I went inside and after about 15 minutes of trying to find the keys, paperwork, or the tech that was assigned to the car, they finally figured out that no one had even looked at the vehicle. What a waste of time. Please tell anyone and everyone to stay away from Jeff Wyler for any vehicle service.
When I first took my 2015 Chevy 2500 High county in for my check engine light being on showing a fan defect with the fan clutch they fixed the recall on my truck but couldn't find anything wrong with the fan after having it for 3 days. After I picked it up I didn't even have it for a day and my light came back on and of course it was the fan clutch. So I took it back and they fixed it. I was driving out of state later that week and a service notice popped up that my coolant level was low so I stopped to check it and fill it. After driving for another hour it came again and again. So when I stopped this time I noticed there was a leak somewhere. My husband had to meet me in Virginia so we could figure out where it was coming from because I was stopping every hour or two, although my truck wasn't over heating. I called the dealership and the guy I spoke was really rude, talked to me like I was an idiot because I am a woman even after I explained I know what I'm talking about, then gave me everything else that could be wrong except the fact that their tech screwed my truck up. When my husband arrived I had accidentally sliced my thumb open so we had to go to the er and after we made it to our destination in Virginia our friend helped him find the leak behind the fan clutch. I was lucky to get my truck into a dealership down in Virginia and they confirmed the tech damaged my radiator really bad! Also didn't put everything back together right. So they fixed it and Jeff Wyler paid for the repair which was over 1,400$! I will never bring any of my vehicles there nor do I recommend anyone else to do so especially if it's a diesel! Their diesel mechanic has no clue what he is doing and I know somewhat about how to work on vehicles and he butchered my truck! I paid a 250$ copay for them replace my fan clutch just for them to screw my truck up and make it a long and dangerous drive for myself and my daughter!
I have decided to sell my car. I went on Kelly Blue Book to find out what my car is worth. I put all my information in including my mileage. There is a section called " get an instant cash offer." I click it on and it gave me my trade-in value ($6,167). Jeff Wyler participates in this offer. I receive an email from them stating, that they received the information from Kelly Blue Book and could possible offer even more money upon looking over the car. I took my car in and spend 50 minutes with them. They look over the car and offer me ($2,500). I anticipated them trying to get me to come down some but ($3,667) was ridiculous! My car is in good condition. They never asked what was wrong with my car nor did they ask what might be fairly new on the car ( I have all repair records for my car.) So my question is.do they really participate in the Kelly Blue Book program???? To future buyers - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!
My whole experience was great! I came in because of a promotion and was greeted right away. Alan was very appreciative of my business and made me feel important. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was attentive to detail and explained everything as we went along. I felt very comfortable making my purchase and didn't feel pushed into anything, like some dealers. I've already told many people about my experience and will be recommending them to go see Alan at Jeff Wyler for future purchases.
