I have now worked with Mark Gibson at Lindsey Acura to lease/purchase my last two vehicles. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire experience a breeze. I came in the most recent time to end a lease and purchase a vehicle instead. He provided guidance and helped me find the perfect vehicle to drive home that night! I've been driving the car for a few days now and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking for a new vehicle and I plan to return to him in the future!

This was the greatest experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. I had been shopping around for a car and found a 2012 Avalon at Lindsay Acura that I fell in love with. Tabitha Browning was an amazing Sales Specialist! She was very positive and energetic but most importantly dedicated. With ease and confidence, Tabitha treated me like family and walked with me through the process. Ed Luffey the Finance Director was detailed and very kind. Tabitha and Ed both stayed after hours to see the purchase through to completions. Supportive team members and great staff. All around great place to buy a car! Thank You Lindsay Acura! This was truly a blessing!

I could not have asked for a better salesman to work with or a better dealership to purchase a vehicle from!! Mr. Gary Hilton is helpful, patient, and professional. First Class from the word go!! And Lindsay Acura is a wonderful car dealership! Everyone I interacted with on their staff was genuine, sincere, and friendly!! I live out of State and the entire buying experience made my road trip well worth it!! If the vehicle you are looking for is here, ask for Mr. Gary Hilton!! A+A+A+

To be honest, I already knew what i wanted to purchase but Mark Gibson had a very clear understanding and knowledge about this car to sell my husband on it. The company was also willing to help me make this a dream come true! A++

What can I say about a dealership where I have purchased or leased 4 cars in less than 9 months. On a very consistent basis I find Lindsay to be fair, customer focused, honest, and direct. They have helped me find the best financing terms and even helped my wife get out of a car she didn't like with very fair and equitable terms. If you get a chance to work with Charlie Davis, you will get an awesome sales experience as well! Thanks Lindsay.

All I can say is that the service and car selection is A1!!! Tabitha was referred to us by a family friend and she made us feel very at home. Not to mention patient from the moment we arrived until we pulled off in my new car! I got everything I wanted in a vehicleI found it right here. Not to mention Ed in finance was friendly and super efficient in getting all the paper work done accurately and quickly! After having a rough week and dealing with a totalled car Lyndsay Acura put a smile on my face. Thanks to the staff at this store!! Will definitely recommend them to anyone!👌😊

Great Car Buying Experience!! I found the exact car I was looking for online. Reached out to Lindsay Acura via the website and was connected with Jami, she was able to answer any questions and get me set up with a test drive. Once at the dealership Cory Miller (salesman) helped me get going and also answered any additional questions. Ed from finance finished the deal by getting all of my paperwork squared away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used car! I know I will be back when shopping for my next vehicle.

My husband had done the research on the 2015 Toyota Camry and we were very pleased with the car and the way Charlie Davis treated us. He was very easy to work with. My husband bought his Honda from Lindsay and is pleased with his experience. I would definitely do business with them again.

Very happy with Lindsay Acura.. they have exceeded my expectations.. and those were pretty high! I knew one day I would make the leap from Honda to a Acura but wasn't expecting it to happen today.. I went in and saw Gary Hilton and with help from Tom and Sue found the perfect deal! They took great care of me and I now have my dream car for an even better payment than I had on my old car! If you are looking for a great customer experience and you want to get a luxury vehicle without feeling like you overextended yourself.. go see Gary Hilton ASAP! You won't regret it!

GREAT EXPERIENCE
Long story short(If you do not want to read the entire post) : GO SEE MARK GIBSON. He'll take care of you.
My husband and I were in search for an used car. We were searching online when we came across a vehicle located at Lindsay Acura in Columbus, Ohio. I called the location and spoke with Mark Gibson. He informed me the vehicle I was inquiring about was getting ready to be purchased, but they had another vehicle in stock(same make & model, but with more features) that would meet my requirements. Traveling from Cincinnati to Columbus is not a long drive to commit to, but to drive up to Columbus to take look at a car that you may or may not potentially purchase is, BUT Mark was GENUINE and I was able to pick up on that over the phone.That's rare in a sale car representative. He inform me of the specs and flaws, and assured I would really like the car(base on requirements). My husband was very skeptical at first, but after speaking to Mark we decided to drive up. Once we arrive, Mark provided an inspection report of what Lindsay Acura had check /fixed and a Carfax report. The car was CLEAN inside/out. Took the car for a test drive. Mark new a lot about the car. He's not the sales car rep that just sales cars, he knows the cars on his lot inside/out. Treated us great. At the end, we bought the car. When we get ready to buy another car, we'll call Mark and make another trip up. Thank you for making our buying a car experience smooth. Nothing like I've ever experience. I can see why customers from out of town trust his opinion and buy cars from him without ever seeing it in person.response / report this review -

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Lindsay Acura. We worked with Charles on purchasing a new car for our family. Charles’s extreme professionalism and excellent communication during the car buying process was top notch. Purchasing a new car is lengthy process at any time… however, Charles was sure to make sure that we were made to feel like the only clients he had that day. I just purchased another car from Lindsay Acura. The sales and service is awesome! Phillip Dunbar is by far the best sales rep I have ever worked with! He is sincere, respectful of your time and very knowledgeable. Each time I go in he welcomes me like family. He has made me a lifetime customer!
