Great customer service along with great car selection. I came in without knowing what I wanted and found a used car that was great on gas, pricing, and was in beautiful shape. Most places I go into to look for a car, the process takes close to 10 hours but with the help of Kaleb Murray, knowing what would best suit me and even allowing me to check out numerous cars and test driving them all, with his great patience it took maybe 3 hours tops and if it wasn't for me not knowing which great car to choose from, it could have probably been even shorter. Choosing Germain Toyota was a life saver! Thanks Kaleb.

I came in for oil change, but didn't have an appointment. Associates was very pleasant and said no problem. I also had another small problem I asked if someone can take a look at. I was told that it would be a little longer since I didn't have an appointment. But surprisingly, I didn't wait very long at all. They also had fixed my little problem. I enjoy your very clean and inviting waiting area. Make the wait pleasant. That was my first task of the day and because of your excellent service, the rest of my day was great.

Awesome experience with my new car purchase. I love my shiny new Camry! Omar and D'lacy made sure i got a good deal on the car I really wanted. Demetrius made sure I was comfortable with the level of protection I wanted, even staying after hours to explain everything. The website was simple to use and told me exactly what was on the lot for me👍 And the facilities were really clean, which means a lot to me. Thanks guys!

A wonderful dealership. I've been a customer for three years now, with two different vehicles. Germain is constantly changing and adapting, coming up with new ideas. They always do what is best for the customer - and they constantly want feedback from customers to find out. From excellent vehicle and customer service, to clean facilities, to friendly staff. A great company. I would recommend for anyone looking to find a great vehicle at a great price.

Also I love this new 45,000 or less quick service. Really cuts down on time, and Brian was great. Super friendly and personable!

If I could give less than one star - I would. This process has been one of the biggest headaches I've ever had to deal with purchasing a car. Initially, our visit wasn't bad besides the high pressure sales experience. We worked out the deal with the salesman and then met with the Finance Manager, Asher. We ended up finding out that our credit report was run (even though we told them numerous times we were preapproved with our credit union (U1CU) and weren't interested in shopping for a better rate) and we had never authorized it. Asher preceded to let us believe we were signing paperwork with U1CU and we drove home with the car. Found out the next day that wasn't the case (application was denied because of the way it was submitted) and I returned the car to the dealership because of it. I've since been contacting all the companies to try and have the hard inquiries removed from our credit report.

I highly recommend visiting Germain Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle! I wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I wanted - and AJ was super helpful in helping me narrow down my decision. He provided me with useful information on each vehicle and was patient with me while I weighed all that each vehicle had to offer! I ended up with a Highlander SE and I am loving it. Rich Newsome was also super helpful and answered any questions that I had! I am confident that my husband will be visiting Germain Toyota once his lease is up as well. The customer service we received was top notch!

It has been my best Car buying experience ever !!! I have to say that Toyota treated me and my family very well. Our sales person Kenny Adelaja was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what kind of car our family needed. He went across board to give us the best deal. It took us time to make up our mind, yet we weren't pressured into purchasing the car. I am certain of light refreshment every time I go there. Toyota will always have my business. I have started recommending all my friends and family already and will continue to do so in the future.

Well let me start to say that this dealership earn all this five stars all five stars from the beginning of my experience by the from the lady in the front door with a great beautiful smile and Eye contact and also told me that Amanda will be you in a couple of minutes and then she direct me to the coffee and a refreshment area ! And that made me feel good very good and very appreciated !
On my experience with Amanda was amazing !! She is very professional with explaining the product and the lease program .She always had a cheerful attitude ! Always with a beautiful smile . The finance manager came up and congratulated me ! I talk to her for 30 seconds or so but I felt that I knew her for years !! I would recommend to all my family and friends!! They treat you like real people
