My wife and I worked with Reggie, great guy. Helped us with the little minor things we wanted fixed prior to purchase with no problems at all. Real personable guy. I could tell his main goal was the customers happiness v.s. the sale. Reggie set the standard for how dealing with a car salesmen should be.

"Buyer Beware" Chad Higgins sold me a 4Runner with bad plugs a bad coil pack the running lights and gas cap where also bad and I didn't catch it.So Andrew Baker told me to bring it down they will take care of me and I assumed they were going to fix it and make it right we'll they only offered to pay half and it was like pulling teeth to get to that point also I'm about and hour away so this really makes things tough.So I thought I limped outta there with a small victory but within a week my vehicle started doing the same damn thing and now I don't know what to do.They prey on hardworking people and try to sell you on the thorough dealer inspections they do but that's all B.S! Stay away I can't tell you how much stress and anxiety this has caused me.

Reggie in sales was awesome. You can tell he is passionate about cars, and was very knowledgeable and affable. Chris in finance was also super knowledgeable and patient, and was sure to explain everything in depth. Buying a car kind of sucks, but these guys make it a lot easier!

Reggie Scott at Toyota Direct. This guy is quick and sharp, you have to stay a few moves ahead of him. Some communication problems in the beginning but everything worked out. Very pleasant guy to work with and in the end we got the car we wanted at a GREAT price.

Huge selection for both and new, lots of staff available for help.

I love this place. I recently bought my mom a 2017 Camry from here and dealt with Brian. He was very attentive and willing to help me find financing! The selection of cars that they have are endless and everyone in there is really nice. My mom loves her car, and I love it as well, since I'm her chauffeur driver when she doesn't want to drive.

I have been searching for a truck for about 6 months, can narrowed it down to a few models, and brands. With that, I went to Toyota Direct to see their used vehicles, and met Frank Garcia. An excellent, friendly, and honest salesman. One that shows empathy, and grace with the car buying process. Upon working with Frank, and my situation, it was best to look at a new model instead. Even then, that process was seamless, and professional staff in the Sales Dept, along with Finance Dept.

I am glad I settled with Toyota Direct, and plan to use them in the future.

Update 5/23/17: I went today for maintenance, where I was greeted by a smiling woman who was sweet and eager to help me. Then I went to the show room to check the new cars. Abdul greeted me and gave me more information. I feel home there and happy to make another purchase in the near future if everything goes well. Thanks Toyota Direct.

So I am new to this I am writing a review on behalf of my favorite car sales person that I know named Madeline she will go above and beyond for you and know what would perfectly suit you within one day she helped me get my perfect car and so far it is perfect for me and all my friends get jealous. When I first showed up she gave me a nice warming smile and made me feel less shy. Then she allowed me to drive. She helped me do so much I count her as my own friend not sales person now and I hope she gets a raise soon she really deserves it she knows what she's doing and she will help you guys make a lot of more money..::

This was by far the best experience I've had at a dealership(Toyota Direct). I purchased a Sienna at a very reasonable price. I had wonderful experience with a sales guy named Abdul Mohamed there. He was very professional and very helpful. He was very down to earth and was extremely easy to get along with. No high pressure sale and really didn't try to persuade me in either way. After purchase too he called me several time to find out how we liked the Vehicle and anything he can do or assist with, which shows how awesome sales person and human being he is. For our future purchase we will definitely go to Toyota Direct. Keep up the good work Abdul Mohamed.
