  Complete waste of time!!!
  I went there immediately after my arrival home from basic training excited to purchase my 1st car, sat there all day with no sale, waited a week for them to find the vehicle of my choice & still no results. I went to Ford City in Champaign, IL they were able to get me the car I wanted (2016 Ford Mustang) detailed, delivered & ready to drive off the lot from another dealership in 72 hours.

  Warning lights came on and we were over a thousand miles away from home. They made room for us in the schedule and repaired our truck. Asked us to call when we got home to let them know we were okay.

  I purchased a new car from this facility in 2011, I really have no good things to say about my experience. I was told that my new car was available, then it wasn't, then they had one delivered from another dealership. The negotiations were very unprofessional and the service department gives you the feeling that they are only there to make money and not really to help customers. My family has purchased numerous GM vehicles over the years, needless to say we buy ours elsewhere.

  Parts Dept is horrible. Can't identify or find parts if you bring part in and put in front of them. Brought old part in told parts person exactly what it was and where it came from and he still had no idea what it was. Made no attempt to ask for help just said "I don't know what that is" sorry excuse for employee. Don't waste your time.
