Robert Wilson and Mark were awesome! This was my first experience buying a brand new car and it wasn't as bad as I envisioned. All the cars I was interested in were on the lot and able i was able to see them in person. One car was at another dealership and they made arrangements to bring it here so I could test drive it. I ended up buying a car without seeing or driving it as it was out as a demo car. The dealership sent me home with a loaner car and two days later mine was ready and it was even better than I could have imagined! There was never any pushy car dealer tactics that make people dread the experience. Robert was professional, let me decide what cars i wanted to look at and went the extra mile. Wilson stepped in to finish the deal; he was knowledgeable, friendly and put me in the exact car I wanted. Great experience! Love my new car!

Nothing but good service every time I've been here! I bought a car here in September, and Darwin consistently took care to talk through any concerns I had before and after the purchase. Setting up appointments and getting work done on the car has been easy as well. Will definitely return for service again if need be.

Andrew was a great person to deal with. Very helpful, informative, honest, accommodating, and personable to deal with. I bought my first new car in 18 years at Golf Mill Ford, and they certainly lived up to their reputation as the best auto dealership in the Midwest. After my father, mother, and sister had such pleasurable experiences, I decided to go through them and I'm glad I did. Andrew was awesome.

So i went to golf mill ford to look at new car. When i arrived at the dealer i saw the car i wanted. i didn't have anyone helping me at first but then Vince Perez came out and ask me if i had any questions and i said yes to the car i was looking at. Vince is amazing Sales Executive. He knows what he doing and he explains everything that you want to know. i couldn't have ask for any one better then him. Vince get to the bottom of things. He doesn't BS about anything or tell you stuff that isn't true or fake stuff. i recommend that people should ask for Vince if your looking for new car. He an awesome guy. in scale of 1-10 Vince is beyond a 10. He"s 100. five star guy. Vince is very happy guy and very funny. He will make laugh. I'm glad i bought a car from him at golf mill ford. Ford is amazing company. For the first time buying a new car and picking Vince to help is the best. He gave me the car i wanted. no hassle or anything else. thank you Vince for helping me get my new car.

We bought Ford Focus in Golf Mill. We came with a knowledge what do we want. Darwin offered several options with a very good price. He was very professional and attentive to us, we drove a new car home the same day.

I worked with Vince Perez. He helped me secure financing and made my buying process smooth as can be. These guys got me out of a beater and into something much sweeter, and it was painless! Vince Perez is the guy to go to at Golf Mill. I found him to be patient, knowledgeable but over all a sales executive that is willing to work for you and your hard earned money. My father had been at this location years ago and found that the sales personnel was not welcoming and did not want to do business with him. Due to their poor business etiquette he had vowed never to return to this location. Needless to say last Saturday while the rain was pouring down my father was at this location with my brothers looking for a SUV for me his only daughter. My dad wanted me to be in a safe vehicle so he decided to give this place another opportunity. You see my dad is a FORD fan. All his life he has purchased FORDs and this gusto has trickled down to his three children. On this rainy Saturday my father met Mr. Perez. Vince not only greeted him and my brothers with respect but worked diligently with them attempting to find a SUV for me. I was at Golf Mill this Monday and found myself looking and test driving the SUV that my family and Vince Perez patiently looked for. Once I decided that I wanted to make the purchase, Vince crunched the numbers. He made it possible for me to feel comfortable with the purchase. He did not stop working for me until he found what better fit my budget. I found that he was a very clear and cooperative sales executive. I feel that he is an asset to Golf Mill and I would gladly recommend any one to walk in and ask for him. Needless to say with Vince`s clear understanding of what we needed and great professional service he made us believe that Golf Mill earned our business back.

I have to say, words can not describe the amazing staff this company has working for them. Every one that I dealt with through out the entire show room was very friendly and accommodating, most notably Andrew and Wes. I came to Golf Mill Ford looking for a true car shopping experience and I could not have left more satisfied. After listening to my concerns for the kids I babysit and my own safety traveling to and from work, Wes pulled out the perfect match for me on the first try and even had it in the color I wanted. The Ford Explorer is perfect with its third row versatility, dual sunroofs, touch screen display and push to start. Not to mention that the hands free hatch back door will make grocery shopping even easier. I chose Golf Mill Ford because they value my time and opinion when it comes to shopping for me! Definitely start here when looking for something to get you from A to B!

So I bought a car from Golf Mill Ford - although I already gave them my business, I feel inclined to do whatever I can to let people know how great this dealership is.
I always hear negatives about starting the process of buying a car - from article precautions to my mom warning me about sketchy dealer men. However, my experience from Golf Mill Ford was flawless from start to finish. The new Fords are works of art (I mean really, you need to sit in one), but on top of this Jonathan Sosa goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable with my purchase even after I walk out with the keys. This customer service is just undeniably great and you really feel it. You can be comfortable driving your car knowing that same dealer that walked you through all the annoying questions will have your back even months-years later.

Jimmy G. at Gold Mill Ford was awesome!! He went above and beyond to help me purchase my F150, and the level of customer service he provided was outstanding. He helped to make the entire process easy and enjoyable, which is quite the feat when it comes to buying a car! I would highly recommend working with Jimmy directly; he was able to find me a truck that fit exactly what I needed, AND within the price range I wanted. I've never had such a great experience at a dealership!

Great selection, even better people.
We are in a very specific situation, where we had to make sure we got a car that would work for a special needs family. Because of it, it took us more than usual to make a decision.

Sales person (Johnathan) was great. Nice guy, answered all of our questions. Knowing that we were looking to keep costs down, he took us through the used lot as well as the new lot, which we appreciated. No real pressure from him, he merely asked, "Is there anything we can do to get you to drive off with one today?" Once again appreciated.
The deductions are from the sales pressure from EVERYONE else. My wife and I received a barrage of emails and phone calls from Johnathan (doing his job, following up), but then also three other managers. I believe we received 3 emails and 5 phone calls in three days following our stop there. I voiced my opinion about the constant contact and pressure to the manager and those calls did cut back/stop. But if someone was not as forward as I am, I can see how this would be quite uncomfortable.
Now I did end up purchasing a vehicle from here because it was in stock and the price was right, but the experience could have been much better.response / report this review -

Erik Mendoza was very helpful! He helped me buy my first car. He also lead the way on what he thought was the best fit for me and showed me the car that I fell in love with. He was also very helpful in showing me various numbers of cars within my price range. It was a very fast experience and a painless one too. Definitely recommend going to him!
