Called the service department right before the holiday. The heat on my Volt had gone out. Rich was very helpful! Got me in that day and gave me a rental car. The whole process was smooth and Rich was very pleasant to work with. I really liked their text notifications. I will be going back for all my Chevy needs!

Took in my car for the second service. Was quick, had my car washed (really nice touch) and everyone was in a great mood, something that I’m not used to seeing often when i go to a service department. Thanks again for everything! Huge props to Dennis, you are awesome

Stopped by on my way home to look at a used certified truck.
And without hesitation, they low-balled my trade-in and didn't even reduce the price of the truck one dollar. Even after I pointed out bumper damage, that I am afraid to inform you, it won't "easily pull out" .
They never asked about anything on my trade-in. Just ran the VIN and came back 30% lower than NADA and KBB value. 30% !!! Seriously ???
My trade-in has many, many upgrades and improvements, none of them were asked about. Upgrades worth thousands. They didn't even ask. They weren't even considered. No care about the maintenance, the documentation, nothing.
Just some lump on a chair from inside, behind a desk, and a screen calling out the value without even getting up and looking. He was fifty feet from the door and a hundred feet from the trade-in.
Regardless, you insulted me with your low-ball offer, your "we don't care and we don't need your business attitude".
Too bad, so sad, lost not only a sale to me for a truck, you also lost two additional truck sales on top of mine.
Were all looking for trucks right now. Family and friends.
But hey, its almost winter and you're thinking is, "if you don't buy it, someone else will" no sweat.
Yeah you're right. Someone will. And it wont be me. Or anyone else I know. Not from you.

I was having issues with me 2014 Chevy equinox (which was the first time) So I call the dealer and spoke with Rich in the repair department. He was confident that he know what the issue was and gave me a same day appointment (today at 10 am). When I arrived he took my car straight back and fixed it right away. He let me know it was covered in warranty and didn’t try to scam me on with out of pocket expenses. Rich was great ask for him if you have to take your car in for repairs. Wonderful experience!

This is my first time buying a car and I went in very nervous- I’d heard the stereotypes of car salesman and didn’t want to be taken advantage of as a 20 year old woman. Rocky was the first person we saw when we walked in and he greeted us right away. He was a very honest, respectful, personable man who really worked with me to get the right pricing. I would recommend Rocky to any and everyone!

Great experience buying our new family SUV. Everyone was friendly and respectful. The sales men were patient and did not push my wife or I into a decision. They let us take our time. Brian was great too. Such a pleasure working with him. We had some questions regarding our contract after we got home and both Dimitrios and Don went out of their way to clarify our concerns on a Sunday! Great working with all of you!

I had a fantastic experience buying my first car at Ziegler Chevrolet Schaumburg! Amber Tortorello, sales consultant, was very personable, genuine, and helpful. I felt comfortable asking questions and knew she had my back throughout the process. I really enjoyed working with her! I also had a great meeting with the Customer Relations Manager, Bill Wilson. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Bill's information was thorough, yet concise. Nick Wagner, finance manager, also made the process of financing my first car painless. He explained everything clearly and was very personable as well. I can't say enough how thankful I am to have chosen this dealership to work with!

I'm completely P.Od that I bought a car from this place. Everybody is super nice the day you're buying a car but after that good luck getting them to call you back. I've called the pass 2 weeks and left messages with the guy who sold me the car, The dealership, and the finance manager and not a single person made an effort to contact me. After they sell you the car they're going to ask you to take a survey and give them perfect ratings. So glad I never took it. Never bringing my car back unless I need service work done which they have to do because it's part of the warranty that I let them sell me. Definitely wishing I went with my first choice at Castle Chevrolet in Elk Grove. Funny thing is I bet I'll finally get a call back after writing this review. Don't even bother taking their business cards and phone numbers. They're as worthless as the paper they're printed on.

I love this place my 1st time there buying my 1st car. Mike Wilock took car of me and he's a great dealer. Didn't pressure me to get the car even though I knew I was going to get it. I gave him a hard time to break the ice. He took it so well and made me feel comfortable. If you go there make sure you see him. Cool, laid back, & funny guy. He's has your best interest. Thanks again Mike I appreciate you. Me and my brother enjoyed them three hrs with you. Keep up the good work.

Me and my wife went to this dealership to look for our new car and SC Sebastian P bump into us. He was very accommodating and knew every questions we asked bout the car we are interested in. He shows the features and capabilities of it and we love it. Best dealership so far and if your getting ur new car try Zeigler at Schaumburg and look for Sebastian. Highly recommended!

Zeigler Chevrolet Schaumburg staffs are really great to deal with.
Especially Chuck was very helpful be in during test drive or while closing out the deal quickly.
They are thoroughly professional and I had a really short, satisfying experience while purchasing the new 2017 Chevy Malibu. Warm and welcoming - you feel like buying a car from this dealer. They strike a good impression and really upscale facility.
Hassle free while trading in my old car and quick turn around during negotiations.
Overall a really pleasant experience !

I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Latitude here in Feb. This dealership has been amazing. Had a couple of issue's that needed to be upgraded and fixed and without hesitation they booked me and appointment convenient to me and it was done. The service team is amazing so professional and kind. Love their waiting area, it is so fun. The Sales team is always so willing to help out, and they seem to love what they do I have been a Jeep girl for over 30 years , and this by far the best dealership out there. √
