This location is prime, walking distance to nearly everything fun. The updated look is modern don't let the outside fool you. This is a true gem that has history.

Great price and in a fun location. The staff is very hospitable. My room was also very comfortable. The only complaints that I have are that there was a lot of noise from the street at night and the lights outside the room shined through the windows. I would stay here again, but bring a night mask.

Spent the last couple nights here and they have been the best nights I've had in a long time.
Had to extend my stay unexpectedly and the kindness shown to me by Britney and Sindoor defies words.
My room is absolutely beautiful yet the owner took time to ask what I felt could be improved.
Do not think twice about booking into this beautiful place

Very kind and hospitable staff. If you have last minute plans to stay in Tempe for whatever reason this is an oasis. Not only is it a landmark tavelodge that's been expertly remodeled inside, I can't imagine a better place to stay for the money. When you see the rooms you'll understand something that's been lost is coming back in a big way.

This is a quaint and recently upgraded Hotel right in the center of ASU. The owners are extremely personable and are there to make your stay awesome. Larry, is there sometimes and is the owner. He helped me out on a much more personal level spend most by helping me retrieve a stolen vehicle. Long story short they are there for more than just money that's for sure

Great stay..
Had a buddy in town for a week.. perfect pick. We arrived before check in, to maybe store our luggage. The sweet young lady at the front desk was able to get us our room early.. even better. She was very attentive, made sure we were set all week. The room was great, newly updated, super comfy, wifi, with a sweet sitting area. Reasonable price for Tempe and amazing location Easy walk to pubs, mill, food, and cvs.. couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Thanks for a great experience!!

Excellent location near ASU campus. Multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. The exterior is a throwback 60's style motel,the suite layouts are unique, and the staff was accommodating and attentive. This is a great place to stay when visiting Phoenix.

What a fantastic find! Modern rooms and COMFY bed! The hotel is so close to all of the restaurants, bars and across the street from ASU! Staff was very helpful in assisting me with getting around the area and suggested some great places to eat and explore. The outside of the hotel is still under works, but who needs to look at the outside when the room is what you really paid for! I will definitely return next time I'm in AZ. Clean, comfortable, safe and best of all the location can't be beat!

I came to stay this past weekend for the RNR Az half marathon weekend. The location is perfect because its in the heart of Mill ave and with in walking distance to everything.

The room was renovated and beautiful. Walked in to a clean and fresh smelling room. The bed was super comfy and I loved the comforter.

The staff was beyond amazing. I needed early check in and a late check out and they were more than accommodating. Super friendly and they took the time to get to know me which is rare these days.

I will for sure be back to stay!
