Service was great. Hotel was nice but a little dated. Good breakfast. Only complaint is no ice machine.
Has free breakfast. Has 4 floors. Is laid out more like an apartment complex. Our room was spacious with a nice couch. Smelt slightly off at first but it was mild enough that it was easily forgotten.
I stayed here tens of times over the last 10 years, remember the old rooms and time when they were remodeling rooms and the gym These days, it is a nicely remodeled Residence Inn, full kitchen, large fridge, comfortable bed. One star down for the very noisy airconditioning units. Unless you stay in winter and can sleep with an open window, you definitely need earplugs. In addition, unfortunately, they didn't include bathrooms in the remodeling. Bath tubs and shower heads were old even during my first visit 10 years ago Other than that, a nice friendly hotel conveniently located close to the airport. Oh, yes, the gym is small and the complementary breakfast is not impressive, but common, it's free.
I was not a guest at the hotel but my friend was. He likes the hotel and from what I saw it was clean on the inside the rooms were nice and the furniture seemed updated. The kitchenette was nice too with updated refrigerator and dishwasher and stove top.
Comfy, spacious rooms, good pool, Comfy beds and pillows. Really close to the Tempe strip and everywhere by a good train. The front desk helped a lot on places to go. Gave us a ride to the train by shuttle without asking. Fast to and from the airport too. Loved that extra mile of service they gave!
Stayed here when our flight to Maui was cancelled. This place helped make that lousy experience much more bearable. Very clean and modern, wicked comfortable bed.
Great, helpful staff. Good location next to 202 on ramps so easy to get around. Breakfast is usually crowded so go early if you can.
Comfortable room, spacious, nice bathroom and closet setup Felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The layout is weird though So, if you plan to have a guest stop by, before you walk inside look up and remember the number that corresponds to your entryway.
Great service. We arrived at the phx airport at 10 pm and the shuttle picked us up within ten minutes. The check in was great and very efficient. Breakfast was yummy. The fitness center adequate. Everywhere was quiet.
The property was convenient to the airport and to freeways, though restaurants were about a mile away. The room was great - nice to have a kitchen. Breakfast at the hotel was typical; eggs, waffles, juice, cereal, etc. We would stay again.
Great hotel. Rooms have full kitchens with cookware included. Full size fridge. Couch and king beds. Easy access to airport. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet on weekends.
When I arrived, the staff was very nice. I reserved a 2 bedroom room for 3 guest. I was very pleased. The room was clean and nice. I decide to take a rest on the bed and I noticed a bug on the bed. My thoughts at first, I'm in Phoenix and the bugs are a little different. But wait, it was on the bed. I took a picture and killed the bug. I had to google what bed bugs look like and it was a bed bug. I went to the lobby, showed them the picture and they verified it was a bed bug. They gave me another room which my guest didnt like as much. And of course we had to check our beds. Not feeling 100% and uncomfortable my guest were a little upset. I spoke to the manager the day I was leaving and ask can we stay another night or a discount and she said there's nothing they can do. And she said maybe the bed bug came from the airporti drove to AZ and I didn't have any of my belongings on the bed. I know things like this happen but I think they should have done something else for our uncomfortable stay.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around
Rooms are very nice, spacious. Kitchen amenities work well. The breakfast spread was decent, had scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and side items to make breakfast tacos. Coffee usually ran out so there was a wait sometimes to get a cup of Joe.
Had an issue with bathroom tub draining slowly that took maintenance a couple of tries to address properly. Not a big deal, but it takes away 1 star from an ideal stay.
Pool area looks nice, but didn't get a chance to use it.
Hotel is across from a Chinese business center, so there are a few restaurants and a market. The shuttle will also take
I stayed twice in this hotel and it's very nice, with big rooms, always clean. The breakfast is very good, with good options. The staff is gentle and always helpful. On Monday through Wednesday they still have a kind happy hour in the lobby with beer, wine and some foods, that is very nice.
