Everything is great. The rooms are so big! There is also a pool and kids eat free at Burger Theory, its restaurant if an adult buys an entree

Was only in the room briefly visiting family who were staying, but the room was nice and spacious. Restaraunt was very good. Would definetley visit for the food.

Large rooms with a sofa, work space, wet bar, and full bedroom. Nice courtyard, pool, and 2 restaurant options. Plenty of parking and the rooms were quiet. Great place to stay 1 or more nights.

Very large and clean rooms. Loved the layout. Great for family vacations. Appreciated the mini kitchen area with sink, mini fridge, microwave, and Kerug. Many people were enjoying the outdoor fire pit and pool.

Awesome place hands down if you want to stay anywhere rooms are by far the cleanest I've been to with great detail on cleaning the bathrooms! Comfy beds and great staff thanks y'all for a wonderful stay. Only issue I had was my gas cans were stolen off my truck so make sure you lock up whatever you have, but it was no fault of the hotels.

It has been an awful experience the continental breakfast, is charged to the guest. Eggs and bagel $15.00 ridiculous. Embassy Suites had a wonderful breakfast and Happy Hour offered to their guest because they booked at the Hotel.

It was a great hotel! The grounds are beautiful and staff was very friendly. The room had some minor maintenance issues but nothing major. Great place to stay if you're in town.

Got a king room on the third floor and was incredibly satisfied with the experience. I loved that the room included extras like dish soap, paper towels, Keurig machine, paper plates and utensils. Two very nice TVs with easy HDMI hookups. The courtyard was very pleasant and the amenities like the fitness center were very clean and roomy. Kind of a resort feel for very modest price. Definitely will return

Suites the price of normal rooms elsewhere, slightly cheaper even, but without sacrificing quality. Pool that is open until midnight and a respectable size. Hot tub that is VERY warm not just a little. Attatched high-quality burger place which will deliver to your room. Convenient location near highway junction, but not near enough to be noisy.
All in all, one of the best hotel experiences in my life, and easily by far the best of my two week roadtrip. Highly recommend.response / report this review -

The room is comfortable. I like how they have the sink separate from the rest of the facilities so it is much easier for two people to get ready in the mornings. We also stayed in a room with a small kitchenette and separate living area so e could put the kiddos to bed, but still stay up and have time together. The pool and surrounding area was kept clean and towels were stocked. There were plenty of lounge chairs and shady spots to choose from. While we were there they had construction going on so several of the elevators were not working and we had to haul all of our luggage up three flights of stairs. Later we did learn that there was another elevator on the other side of the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again

The rooms are clean and the hotel is well taken care of. Staff was nice. I really have no complaints and would stay again. Picked at random from hotwire. Lucky I guess.

I thought the room was nice. It had been updated. I liked the desk in the living room area, 1 part was one casters so it could be easily move around. The bed room area was huge. The bathroom was a little. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is extremely beautiful. The decor is wonderful. However, there was an issue with getting our room keys. They were having computer issues so we said that we would come back after dinner to pick then. Rather than getting the cards setup while we were at dinner for two hours, we still had to wait for them to start the process again when we came back.

When we entered our room it was extremely HOT! After several attempts to turn on the AC unit we realized it was broken. (captured it all on video) Called the front desk and reported the issue to the night manager (CH) and was forced to travel all the way back to the lobby with luggage to get a new room assignment because she couldn't assist over the phone by telling us the location of the new room. In the end we were placed in a new room 2 doors down from the old one. There were dirty cups outside our door, and the bed was half made. I was too exhausted to deal with the horrible manager again so I pulled out my travel sheet, placed it on the bed and fell asleep immediately. In the morning I realized the new room had no HOT water!! PLEASE fix your freaking AC units.. and make sure there's hot water. Also teach your horrible managers about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This would have been a five-star rating given that this hotel is very nice with friendly staff and wonderful rooms. However, the front-desk agents need to be up-front at check-in that the breakfast is not complementary for all guests. When an agent says "Breakfast is from 6-11," without any further information, this implies a continental, complementary breakfast. At $13 per person, this is an expensive bill to have sprung on you, somewhat embarrassingly by the wait-staff. I appreciate that this amenity may be reserved for certain higher profile guests, but in the future please let folks know clearly that this is the case. Thank you.
