Customer Service. Customer Service. Customer Service. The staff at Hospitality Suites is awesome! My family and I had an issue with our room and the staff without hesitation took care of us. My wife is really big on service and treatment and even she was impressed by the staff. The room was nice. The grounds clean but it is the exceptional service that we will remember. Thank you Hospitality Suites for taking care of my family.

The renovations are very impressive. Very modern decor. The room and grounds are very clean and safe. I stayed with my husband and three small children while waiting for our home to be complete. We were very comfortable. There was an issue with our room and the staff went into overdrive. I travel often for work and have stayed at some 5 star hotels; customer service is taboo. The staff at hospitality suites went above and beyond to accommodate us and to have us feel comfortable, more than what was expected, in my opinion. They set the bar of excellence high. I highly recommend you stay here. Thank you to the staff for exceptional service!

Be sure and ask for a recently renovated room! The new rooms are great. However, there is a $20 a night up charge..:(

Unfortunately we got the room on hotwire- it said it was a $75 room for $54.. but when we arrived they tried to put us in their $54 room. We politely asked to be upgraded to the room we felt we paid for and showed them screen shots but they declined. We ended up leaving, and staying elsewhere which is sad because had our deal just been upheld we would have been fine. There wasn't a car in the lot- I'm sure they could have accommodated us. We felt taken and we won't be doing that again.

Seemed like a really nice place and was clean had nice outdoor areas but nothing indoors really and the building layout was super weird.

On our 4 weeks roadtrip we have seen plenty of American motels and hotels.
Sorry to say but the beds are horrible (small, equipped with a pit in the middle and when my partner turns around it looks like we ware on Sea) and there is no wifi in the room.
(Because we could not sleep we changed room but that bed was horrible too)
The room is good (outdated), and there is a good washing area.
If you have the choice, then spend some 10 dollars more.
I really don't understand the extremely positive reaction in here. This is just a basic motel with uncomfortable small beds.response / report this review -

WE ALL KNOW IS VERY HARD TO FIND A SAFE PLACE FOR FAMILY & KIDS FRIENDS WELL HOSPITALITY SUITES IS THE SAFEST IT IS VERY CLEAN NO BUGS ..EXCELLENT. SERVICE IT IS ONE OF THE BEST PLACES I STAYED AT I GIVE IT A 100% OR A 10 VINNIE..G 😎

I've been to a lot of other hotels, but none of them are like this one. This one is amazing! I love the rooms there clean and there's a pool, it's just amazing! I've never wasted my time doing a review before, but I had to do it for this hotel because anyone that is looking for hotels this is the one to go to!!!

An entirely adequate hotel. It's not fancy, but for the cheapest stay in the area it mostly doesn't suck. There are areas for improvement: there's no attempt at soundproofing, for example, and my particular room still had an old albatross of an A/C unit attached to the wall, left unplugged. But when I needed an extra pillow at 1 AM all it took was a quick call down to the front desk to get one sent up. It was windy my first night there and the place didn't blow down, so that has to count for something too. Walls and a roof and a bed; that's a pretty decent summation of my experience. Don't bring your wife here.

Usually a good price. The place is very dated and getting run down. I think they are starting to remodel some of the rooms. They use to have free happy hour but have now gotten rid of it. Bummer. Use to have free breakfast but now it is a $10 per day option and it is not worth it for the so-so food. The restaurant is marginal. If you are on a tight budget this place is an ok option but if you can afford it you can do much better. I have stayed here several times but now that they have dumped some ofthe perks it is going to be off my list of possibilities. It is difficult to overlook the negatives now that they have dumped the few perks.

Don't expect much from this place. Simply go there to sleep. Rooms seem to be clean, but smell musty and dusty when I arrived. Bed and sheets are substandard,but clean. Bring your own if you can as well as a good pillow.

Great location. Able to get anywhere by car in minutes. Safe place to stay and clean. Anyone that rates this poorly is probably used to staying in higher end places. Our room was a dated, but again it was clean. Staff was nice. Pool and hot tub were warm and cozy conveniently located to all of the rooms. We spent most of our time traveling during the day, but we would stay here again as the price couldn't be beat.

Outside was great, the rooms left something to be desired. The " kitchen" consisted of a very small coffee pot and only enough coffee for 1 person and a hot plate of some sort. Not t very clean, and expensive.
