Very clean hotel in reasonable proximity to the airport. Staff was competent and friendly. Light rail station is located directly across the street. Unfortunately, there are very few restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

Fantastic experience! Due to Thanksgiving traffic, I arrived a little late to catch my flight. The shuttle driver immediately drove me to my gate instead of waiting for the scheduled shuttle time AND gave me advice on where to go in the airport so I could catch my flight efficiently! So helpful and they definitely didn't have to do that. I will be recommending Crowne Plaza to my friends.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, welcoming. The staff was very friendly with the expection of the lady working the bar. She was very friendly to the rest of my party but short with me and kept "forgetting" my order. I don't fault the entire establishment for one bigoted employee.
The pool stayed open all night which was amazing for us night owls who like being under the stars.
The rooms were clean and the spa relaxation kit was just what the doctor ordered after a long day of working. I'm happy that my company uses this property as a crew hotel. Will be back.

Even though me and my family looked like Street people they were very accommodating non judgemental. No hassle check in awesome security and parking. Got a great deal on a room so why not spend a night in luxury. Look for a deal online it's worth the stay. Only reason I rated it a 3 is due to location.. Sorry.

OK hotel. About the same quality as a Comfort Inn without the free breakfast. Photos on website make the property appear much more luxurious than it is. Staff were all super friendly!
Bed was comfortable but firm; cotton blanket was stiff and felt heavy-duty, no soft bedding that you want to curl into. Pool temp was very cool, hot tub small . No reason to open the curtains!

Very busy hotel, strategically located for travelers flying out of Phoenix Sky Harbor. Friendly and helpful staff. Well kept and clean facilities. The rooms are a bit smallish, but cozy. To take advantage of garage parking, you must use the valet service. You cannot self-park your car in the garage. Outdoor parking is available.

Staff was polite and helpful. The room was generally clean, though I did find a few personal articles from a previous occupant. The hotel as a whole was clean and had good service. Food at the restaurant was also surprisingly good. Room was decent for sleeping, though the AC was rather load ans turned on/off frequently.

Lovely room. A great way to relax on a special occasion within the city. Beautiful piano in the lobby that guests probably aren't supposed to play. But the front desk agents didn't fuss about it. :)

Your basic run of the mill, low-middle class Crowne Plaza hotel. Rooms are comfortable, but not exceptionally large. Very close to the airport, but it's a bit far from anything substantial. Most good restaurants are about a 15 minute drive or about 5 miles away. Parking can be a pain within the hotel, as well. You cannot self-park within the parking garage. There are about 30 guest parking spaces around the building, but they do fill up quickly. They do offer valet service. Bed is comfortable and fixtures are nice, but seem a little worn. Also, there is no executive floor lounge, but there is a pool and a nice little bar area.

Toilet overflowed at 11:30am, engineering unable to fix it so they moved me out of my king sweet into a room with 2 double beds. Apparently a bunch of rooms are having plumbing issues. The engineer was very nice and helpful but the front staff was not. Called down to speak with the manager and they keep putting me back to the operator and then they said they couldn't find the manager and he would call me back, waited for an hour no phone call returned. They said their not able to accommodate me with another sweet, must have given it to someone else. Today I Left for my daughter's game at 12:30 housekeeping cart was in front of my room when I return back at 5:30 my room was still not cleaned, I called the front desk and they said oh you Must of had your do not disturb sign on your door and I said No I didn't. For the amount of money you pay this hotel is not worth it.

It was nice for an airport hotel. You don't expect much from an airport hotel, but the lobby was nice, shuttle service to and from airport free and the driver was very nice. Lobby was redone and nice, there was a pool but I didn't see it. No view from the room, but not a priority. Met expectations and would stay here again.

I don't care for this place at all. The front desk staff are notoriously rude and difficult to deal with, and parking is a nightmare. It's pretty much guaranteed you'll have to valet park, which can be a pain if you're trying to get somewhere in a hurry. The neighborhood is also not terribly safe, and there are very few entertainment options nearby (you have to take the light rail or drive a fair ways away if you want to have dinner outside the hotel, let alone see the sights). There are several other equally as nice, if not better hotels within spitting distance of this one, and I highly recommend you choose one of them instead. At the very least, you'll get better customer service somewhere else.

From the moment we checked in the staff was friendly, courteous and engaging. The hotel was quiet and the rooms perfect. We stayed on property for our entire visit utilizing the pool, bar, and premier restaurants. The food was exquisite and the wait staff engaging and on point. The entire hotel was clean. We will definitely be visiting again soon.
