Nice hotel. One of the better Airport hotels I've stayed in over the years. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a nice pool and a nice outdoor area too.

A pretty typical Marriott for the most part. Very clean with a little bar in the lobby and outdoor seating.

The restaurant in the hotel is pretty expensive for what it is; the food is good, but nothing exceptional. Expect $50 with tip for their breakfast buffet for two people.

The staff is friendly at all hours, and they have a shuttle service to the airport. Their shuttle vans are electric, too, which was interesting.

Would be 4 stars, but food and drinks are too pricey for the quality.

Clean and pleasant room. Very quiet. The beds were comfortable, and I'm super-picky about beds the lunch buffet at the restaurant is not worth the price. Go elsewhere for lunch.

Rooms are a good size and quite comfortable. All staff was really friendly. Pricing a bit higher compared to other similar offerings. Would have liked a mini-fridge in the room.

I went to the hotel for a conference, and was very impressed. The room we were in was great. The food served for lunch was the best I've had at a conference. The only issue was the audio equipment was constantly giving feedback and cutting out. That could also have been a third party, but I would just recommend to anyone doing a conference there to be careful of the audio.

Not newly remodeled, but still a pretty standard Marriott. The rooms are classic, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The sheets on the bed felt like butter. I slept very well! Nice hotel near the airport. Free parking and easy to locate.

Briefly visited a family member staying at the Phoenix Airport Marriott. The staff we encountered passing through the lobby were extremely courteous and offered us all bottled water (it was 100+ outside). They immediately assisted our family members who were guests that had some questions about their room. Overall a very pleasant visit.

Attending a 2 day all day conference. The venue was nice no technical problems (that I saw), the staff was friendly and efficient. The one down side was the chairs. For an all day conference I would have hoped that they'd be more comfortable.

Nice sized rooms, a bit dated decor but very comfortable beds. Free parking and easy access to to freeway. Executive Lounge is large and comfortable, not the friendliest staff and was supposed to open at 6am but was closer to 6:15, which when you have morning meetings is a lot. Also they didn't follow through on my wake up call request which added to a bad morning.

Needs a room refresh badly. I stay over 100 nights per year with Marriott. The staff is great, beds are comfy, and amenities are solid, but man does the decor scream 1985. They desperately need to refresh all rooms from carpet to drapes and everything in between. I feel like I'm back in my grandmothers home.

My daughter's dance school goes to this Marriott every year for dance convention. We were there in 2016 and 2017. In 2016's stay, they double open our room to different guests. We got a male stranger open our room at 6 o'clock in the morning, when my teen girl was in the shower , and trying to get ready to her dance class. I complained to the front counter. They didn't take it seriously. This year, they double charge my credit card. I have tried to get this issue resolve. Until today, no one had contacted me for any answers. This was happen in February 2017. If it is not for my daughter's dance classes. I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

Location is great. Close to the airport. Close to Tempe. The hotel lobby has a resort feel to it. I ate at the bistro and the food was decent. I had the Asian chicken salad. It was tasty but the chicken was dry.

Staff was very nice. Room was extremely clean. And the bed was very comfortable. I'll definitely stay again. Close to the airport so that was a plus. Free shuttle ride to the airport.

Went to the hotel for a work conference. The hall was big and was able to easily fit several hundred people. Parking was a bit tight so if you can carpool I would recommend it. Sound system was good. No matter where you sat you could hear the speakers. My company has been using this Marriott for over a decade so they must be doing something right.
