It is up to the standards of any Hilton Hotel, I am a Rewards member so we get you know little incentives that are good. The only thing I didn't like about this one is that I feel like the rooms are a bit small. Compared to others of course, but the service is great the people are nice I have no complaints.

Nice place to stay near airport. staff are very friendly. This hotel is providing free shuttle service to the airport every half an hour. It's 10 to 15 minutes drive from airport. Internet service is good and fast. Very nice city view from 8th floor. Bar is available with reasonable prices. Hot pool is good and kids will enjoy a lot. Breakfast is not free. Rooms are maintained very clean. Definitely good place to stay.

The hotel was fairly nice. All of the staff were really nice and helpful. Decent dinner but not great. I really did not care for the bed, it seemed like a really thin memory foam type mattress. The location was really close to the airport but there's really nothing to do around there. Next time I'm in town, I will probably stay somewhere else.

The room & service were fine. I was leaving on a group tour the next day, & the hotel was kind enough to let me check in earlier. Location is out of the way, though they do offer a free shuttle service pick up from airport & to local Walmart, Target etc.

I visit this hotel often for meetings. I have stayed in the rooms multiple times and I recently hosted a bridal shower there. The staff is phenomenal and the facilities are great!

Great staff. Good food in restaurant. Entertaining shuttle drivers. Clean comfortable rooms with lots of great pillows and adjustable mattresses.

Hotel was good. Close to PHX airport and has a free shuttle from the airport (just plan for it to take 15-20 mins to pick you up). Hilton Honors members get free water bottles, but water dispensers are left out. During the evening they left out some fresh baked bars, they were good. Initially there was a strange smell on my floor but I wonder if it is cause it is a partial smoking hotel. Gym is small but fine, just a standard hotel gym. Overall would stay again.

Amazing staff working all hours at this hotel. Only 5 minutes from the Phoenix airport. Free shuttle running 24hrs. Fast service and easy to get a room in a pinch. Thank you for the free toothbrush! Breakfast starts at 6 and I left at 530bummer! See you all next time for another PHX layover.

Location was convenient to the airport, and the room was pleasantly updated. The bed was super comfortable, and firmness is adjustable which was great. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom had a good sized shower. My only complaints were that the doors close really loudly and I did get woken up by another guest - not their fault, but the doors are heavy and loud. Also, down the road not very far is not the greatest area. I didn't feel unsafe at all, but if cheap motels with a few "workers" around are a problem for you (1/4 mile down the road) then you should be aware.

Great Hotel. Easy access to the airport. The lobby was very nice. My meeting was just in the lobby so I did not see any of the rooms but the lobby was very kept up and the people working were very nice. The breakfast was excellent as I ate breakfast before we have the meeting.

We had dinner here for my husband's birthday and it was fantastic. It is a step above. The service, atmosphere and especially the food were all amazing. From the moment we checked in the staff was friendly, courteous and engaging. The hotel was quiet and the rooms perfect. We stayed on property for our entire visit utilizing the pool, bar, and premier restaurants. The food was exquisite and the wait staff engaging and on point. The entire hotel was clean. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

I had a wonderful stay here. I'm not a fan of Arizona and the weather, but the special air purifier in my room really helped me breathe in the dry air in the state much more easily! The front desk manager handled constant phone calls and a long line of people with expert ease, and he still managed to provide service with a smile. The bathroom was clean and obviously remodeled recently. The bed had a sleep number mattress so I slept comfortably. Great stay!
