Attended a professional social event. The venue was first rate. The food served was very good and service by staff friendly and hospitable. If I had a negative it would be internal signage as it was not clear at least to me on how to find the event. When I asked staff for directions on where the event was they were clear and helpful and I went straight to the event. I hope to attend future events here.

This was my first trip to Dallas. The hotel was chosen by my friend's company for it's proximity to the show site. The employees obviously love their jobs. The service was top notch. The food was on the pricey side; but, very good. As others have stated, expect to pay for parking; both self-park & valet.

Rooms are simple yet luxurious. The bed was very comfortable, and room was very clean. Hotel lobby staff were courteous and check in took no time at all! Bathroom has two sinks (one inside with tub & toilet, and one outside to allow someone to use it while the bathroom is occupied). The view of the downtown skyline is amazing (we were on the 21st floor). Only complaint is there is no fridge or microwave, and the tv guide only tells you the channels not the shows. Be warned it is $18 a day to self park in the hotel's lot and $30 a day to use their valet service. There is a nice restaurant that offers in room service, a pool and fitness center on the top floor. Only noise from neighbors I heard was the doors opening and shutting, no voices or movement carried through the walls. I'd definitely recommend this place

Had been at the City view room for an event. Lovely location for an event and some good pics. The staff seemed very helpful and courteous in guiding us even when we got slightly lost due the fact that there are 2 buildings. The food was specifically prepared based on instructions so I cannot say if it was their own chef or if someone from outside prepared it. For the most part it was a lovely experience.

The Dallas Renaissance Hotel is beautiful and very modern. My daughter and her friend were impressed with the lobby. We had fantastic service our entire visit, from the front desk to people waiting to help in the lobby to the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, too. The rooms were nice enough, but nothing amazing, though we had a great view of the Dallas skyline. The room was clean even to my standards, which was very appreciated. But the bathroom was TINY.

I liked this place. They aren't getting 5 stars only because they did not send newspaper up to my room as agreed upon. Otherwise, the rooms are modern and cozy. The landscape and atmosphere is inviting and clean. Parking is convenient. Bars and food were excellent. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

Modern, clean place and great place to have conference thanks to efficient moving line. The only complaint is repeated breakfast menu for 4 days. But food quality is great also

This was my first time staying and this hotel, and it won't be the last. Friendly staff greeted us. Rooms were spacious and had comfy beds. Nice size gym area and pool. I just wish the wall on the roof top pool wasn't so high so I could see the skyline.

The Dallas Renaissance Hotel is beautiful and very modern. My daughter and her friend were impressed with the lobby. We had fantastic service our entire visit, from the front desk to people waiting to help in the lobby to the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, too. The rooms were nice enough, but nothing amazing, though we had a great view of the Dallas skyline. The room was clean even to my standards, which was very appreciated. But the bathroom was TINY.

Perfectly located off the highway. Room was perfect. 2 beds, 2 sinks, 1 toilet and plenty of space. Staff was real friendly and easy to talk to. Real close to the venue house of blues.

I am beyond pleased with the customer service and professional demeanor of the staff at this hotel! Although there were a few hiccups in the beginning of our stay, the staff went far beyond our expectations to make the rest of our stay memorable. Mack and Kristen from the front desk are top notch. The whole staff was amazing and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. That Dallas sky line only makes what already a great hotel even better! I will be staying here on my next trip to Dallas! Thanks to the staff for making this strip a little less stressful! Jay and I want to say thank you!

Very, very clean. Beds were comfortable and quiet. I had a room near the elevator, which I usually avoid but I didn't hear any of the usual commotion that comes from people getting in and out. Especially it being St Patty's Day weekend and what appeared to be several wedding parties present. Front desk was friendly and still maintained their composure even when inundated with several people at the counter. Another cool feature, though more of a perk, is when you request an elevator. Instead of pushing a button and waiting, you type in what floor you want. You get assigned an elevator cab, you get on and it will go to only to the floors assigned to it. Saving time and is very efficient.

Drove in from Houston for a wedding at Cooper Hotel and conference Center. The grounds are beautiful as was the dinner and reception. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly but did not put a damper on it .
The rooms are accommodating. I believe there are 61 rooms total in a very convenient location. There are good restaurants, Starbucks, Whole Foods and any thing you may desire nearby.
We did not have time to take advantage of the spa or fitness area, but they look amazing.

They have an incredible staff. They were very helpful on our anniversary weekend and got a room setup just perfectly with rose petals on the bed and champagne already in the room when we got there. The bed was extremely comfortable and parking was easy to find. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody. It's extremely luxurious and very comfortable all around.
