36.00 for less than 30 minutes. Youngest child couldn't skate and only wore the skates for less than 5 minutes. I feel like they could've returned the fee I paid for her. Or at least 9/10 of the fee. Other two kids had fun, but the price should have been prorated because we weren't skating the entire time. Overall, not worth it. I will never return here.

This is reason for the 4 stars rating. I was at the Embassy Suites for a work seminar. The staff that I engaged while there were nice, the open seating area was inviting there was outlets within the tabletop if you need to plug in your laptop or charge your cellphone. The ballroom or conference room that were the seminar was held was a nice size. Thank you for allowing me to write my review.

I have stayed here several times recently in order to go to UTSW. I’ve been alone, going through some pretty big health scares, and the staff here has been super nice and helpful. My shuttle drivers are AMAZING! They are genuinely interested and care. They remember who I am and help when needed. The front office is polite and goes out of their way to ensure I feel safe and comfortable. I feel like if something happened and I needed someone l, they’d be there. It’s comforting during all of his chemo and surgeries. Plus, the breakfasts are awesome. The happy hour reception is beyond good! Better than any other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at. I’m able to make a meal. In two weeks I’ve only spent money on tipping my drivers and bottled water.

The girl at front desk deserves a promotion. We arrived Saturday, October 28, to a long line of arriving guests. The front desk attendant was very polite and apologized for our wait. She got us set up in our room shortly thereafter in a very professional way. It was clear that she needed help during this influx of check-in's, however she handled the situation a very responsible and respectful manner. She even remembered our names the next morning.

As for the rest of our stay I continue to feel that the hotel was understaffed for a fully booked weekend. Both the front desk and breakfast staff were shorthanded. The breakfast buffet was good but it took longer for fruit and drink cups to be replenished at times. The omelet bar was great, but very slow. also noticed that our bathroom was not cleaned properly (saving you all gross details) and the bed was not made the way that it should.

We also had dinner and drinks at the bar, and we enjoyed the pleasant waiter and his respectful attentiveness.

Don't get me wrong, I believe this is a good hotel. I just believe that the management underestimated staffing levels during the time of my stay. We love staying at Embassy Suites almost everywhere we go when we travel.

My family stayed here recently and it was not up to par with other Hilton owned properties. The room needed to be better maintained (random thumb tacks on the walls, phone receptacle coming off the wall, stained carpet). The beds were full size and the bathroom doors were shoulder width. The best thing about this place was the manager's happy hour free drinks and free parking.

I'm torn on this because I've stayed here in the past and it was a good property. This instance was far different because they put me in a smoking room on a NON-SMOKING floor!? As a non-smoker this was quite a turn off. The property itself is well kept, coventient to Love Field airport and shopping / dining. I'd stay again to give it another chance based on precious experience.

I stayed at this hotel for a business training. The Front Desk Service was not consistent but there were a couple very helpful people there. The lunch during the training was provided by the hotel as well as the breakfast and i must say it was pretty good. The room was nice and spacious and room service was great.

I had an enjoyable stay at the Dallas Market Center Embassy Suites. The location was nice, as it was just off of a major freeway, so getting around Dallas from the hotel was usually pretty quick (traffic permitting). The interior of the building was modern and well maintained, including a large atrium in the center to which all rooms are connected. Furthermore, there is a happy hour from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, which is great for unwinding after a difficult day. Also there's a breakfast that puts many other hotel's breakfasts to shame. You could get a made-to-order omelette and/or opt for more of a buffet style method of getting your eggs, sausage, waffles, Oatmeal, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, toast, juice, milk, or water. Also, the staff were courteous and professional. Once again, i enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites Market Center in Dallas, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area. I will likely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

My room was older, but it was clean and spacious. The bed was firm. Really enjoyed the manager special in the evening, and the made to order omelette for breakfast. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay due to Chef Louis Small. We were in Dallas due to my sister having cervical surgery . Chef Louis made her food that she could eat due to a really sore throat from surgery and delivered it to our room himself. When down in the food area he made sure she was take care of and wanted for nothing. This guy was so good to her that he went out of his way everyday for our entire seven day stay. She didn't want for anything. He made staying at this location not only easier on us but enjoyable during a stressful time. A big thank you to Chef Louis Small !!!!!!!!

I stayed one night, my husband stayed five nights, hotel & staff were amazing.
I was having a procedure at UT SOUTHWEST MEDICAL CENTER, the Embassy Suites offers special rates to family's with family members in the the hospital.
It made so easy for my husband, he didn't have to make the 50 mile drive home each night.
    Thank you Embassy Suites!!!

NEVER STAY HERE unless of course you have a group of children who need to run a muck! I am a Hilton rewards member. I prefer to stay at the Embassy Suites however this stay has made me afraid to death of staying at another. First my reservation was wrong. They booked me in a "non suite". Who knew that was an option?! The tub was clogged, I had one towel provided in a double bed suite, the breakfast was LACKING AND DISAPPOINTING. They didn't even have coffee lids. You can smell the chlorine as you walk in and that's not even enough to keep the germs out of the nasty dirty pool. Did I say pool I meant dirty, unattended 50 kid having, allergy zoned, death put that caused my child to go to the emergency room and another child fall terribly ill. There were so many unsupervised children that some were in the weight room with no shoes on treadmills, others were throwing each other in the 3 ft jacuzzi which had an odor so disgusting I knew the sewer had backed up and overall forced me and my family to leave to avoid any confrontation. Oh and has anyone ever stayed at a hotel where u had to go down to the front desk for a physical movie list with instructions just to enjoy a night in?! Probably not. I truly thought I was booking a nice hotel. This I would compare to a "motel 6" that they attempted to remodel and placed pleasant smiling people to mask the lack of processes, and accommodations that usually come with a hotel that cost over $50/night. So disappointed, points and free stays can't fix this. I am being forced to write a corporate letter in attempt to save the next poor victim of this disastrous experience. YOU WERE WARNED!!!!!

I stayed here 3 nights for a conference. The building is beautiful. There is practically no lobby to speak of right now because of the renovations. Most of it is curtained off.My room, 404, was spacious and clean. It did have a post right in the middle which was weird. I was afraid of walking into it during the night. I had one issue with a strange whooshing noise intermittently emanating from the A/C area. When I turned off the fan it stopped. ( I did notify them of this problem,) The other room comment was that the maid "cleaned up" my belongings, rearranging and relocating reading materials, medicines and packing up my toiletries - removing them all from the bathroom counter and putting them "away" on the lower shelf. I found my toothbrush stuck in a bag with my hair accessories! Yuk! Maybe this is considered good service but I would have preferred my things were not touched or moved like this. But overall it was a nice stay. The pool bar area is gorgeous - a great use of the space. And I will say the burger I ate there was my best meal of the whole trip.
