One of the better, affordable hotel options at Market Center, and perhaps the best option for smokers. 2 Queen bed room was clean and hotel staff (I believe David was the one on duty when we checked in) was very courteous and competent. Hotel was quiet and we think we saw security actively watching the property and maintaining a visible presence. Hotels in this about 5 square block area range from very nice & luxurious to infested with bed bugs and drug addicts. This Best Western is a safe, clean, affordable option.

Very clean hotel and professional staff. When my dinner plans fell through, the young man was more than willing to help me find a place to eat that was close to hotel (I told him that I did not want to eat at any place that I normally eat at). The accommodations were excellent but the only thing I would change is the size of the bathroom. :) It was too small to be comfortable.

Clean, cold hotel room. Bed surprisingly comfortable. TV is really nice for a hotel. Pricing is great, and hotel staff is happy to accommodate requests. Close to lots of Dallas attractions. Would stay here again if I ever revisited the area.

The hotel location was great! Not too far from downtown Dallas at all. I Uber'ed all over and it cost almost nothing. The rooms were clean and expected for the price. The bathrooms were clean and modern, but insanely cramped. Overall a clean, cheap hotel that I will most definitely book again.

Fine for under $100 per night. Bathroom vent fans are loud and no option to turn off if you want light. Rooms are fairly cozy, so if you need room with kids or what not, either a 2nd room or another hotel recommended. Free breakfast was what you should expect for "free" at this price Precooked egg patties and such. If you are after a quiet place to get some sleep and don't care about frills, this place is fine. If you want amenities, there is a Hilton walking distance with great bars and restaurants to visit.

Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Parking was tight but doable. Service was good, friendly, and quick. Location was very convenient to downtown Dallas, less than 10 minutes to most attractions.

Excellent location just northwest of downtown Dallas next to the Trinity River. Near enough to museums, attractions, and restaurants without being in the middle of traffic. Many interior rooms but still some rooms with exterior entry. I had an accessible room and was pleased to park at my door. Very well furnished and quiet. Will stay again when I'm in Dallas again next month.

Not spectacular for the price, but it's a good hotel in the middle of where we needed it to be. Very courteous staff (we got snacks for being members!) They have a better complimentary breakfast than most, which is always a plus. Small, cramped rooms, but comfortable enough. May be better if it's not you, your wife, and two kids. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS THOUGH. THESE HALF SIZED THROW PILLOWS ARE RIDICULOUS.

Pretty basic hotel for the most part. Decent rooms with good shower and bed. Ok sized pool and courtyard. The absolute best thing about this place was the breakfast. I've never ever seen a free hotel breakfast containing so many different items. It's also a very short drive to all of Dallas' best and most historic spots.

Over the past twenty years, I have stayed at a great many different hotels. Few of them have been memorable and some I wish I could forget. Quality-wise, the Best Western at Market Center hotel sits a bit above average. It does have one thing, which makes it worth recommending. It is as close to the Dallas central business district as the Hilton and Sheraton, on the same street. It has a good bed, a clean bathroom and wi-fi, just like the other two, but it is $60 a night less. Downtown Dallas isn't a resort destination, it is a place where you go to do business, and try to keep the budget down.

Excellent location near the American Airlines Arena.
Very clean and comfortable room with a firm mattress on the bed.
Spotlessly clean bath.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff is really nice! I enjoyed the room, and its location regarding parking. Its so close to everything in downtown Dallas. Super Easy and Convenient! The desk person even asked if we needed a cad or Uber! So thoughtful!
