If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

This is an interesting DoubleTree. It's not very large, but it is tall. Rooms are a little dated, but very comfy. Free parking (but if you get here late you might have a long walk) Breakfast buffet includes an omelette bar. The staff is very gracious and welcoming service is always been good. Ice machines and vending machines are on alternating floors. Looks like most of the corner rooms have balconies

If you or anyone you love are in the LGBT community PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel expressed nothing but hate as we stayed during Pride Month. Hate in all forms is frowned upon but this property is just plain hateful. We were told to “Burn in Hell” by a supervisor by the name of Leona. Please share and understand the service, quality and overall customer service aspect sucks. This is NOT Hilton standards.

Great location but I just could not get comfortable in this hotel for some reason. Lobby design felt odd with lights that were way to bright and I could not sleep well any of the 5 nights I was there because I could not get the room cool. Just felt muggy the whole time. The others in my group said the same for their room except one guy who said he was freezing in his room. Bathrooms were incredibly small, really small. You cannot take two steps into it.

From the moment my uber driver dropped me off it was first class customer service. I normally stay in Hyatt Hotels but this one was very nice, close to everything and everywhere I needed to go. Slept like a baby, shuttle drivers were so friendly. Room service was great, not to pricey in my book. I had not one complaint!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and clean. Bathroom in my particular room is so small as to induce claustrophobia, but the water pressure is fantastic. The location is a bit sketchy. There is a place across the street called Hawaiian Spa, but I don't think it is the kind of spa that exfoliate. The hotel has a shuttle, but not to Love Field. Parking is "at your own risk". Still, the restaurant and bar are nice, and the hotel is overall pleasant.

Great location, updated rooms and common areas. The staff was great with good customer service, want to give special shout out to the bartender working on Thursday 9/14, she was awesome and made the stay that much better.

The only downside is the bathrooms which are TINY, showering with the door open is not a possibility and there was no functioning vent fan so the bathroom was a sauna once I was done with a quick shower. Seems like it would be a mold/mildew breeding ground. I will say the water pressure and shower head spray was excellent.

It looks like this is a much older building which explains the bathroom size but it seems like they try to keep the hotel modern and fresh. Will definitely stay here again my next work trip to Dallas.

The hotel was decent which is why I give it three stars and not less. There is definitely an attempt to update the hotel as the lobby, dining area and the common areas feel more modern and clean. But the rooms and bathrooms definitely feel dated and almost like they put lipstick on a pig instead of spending the money to reconfigure the amenities in the room and bathroom properly. I average about 70 hotel nights a year and this hotel is middle of the road at best. The hotel should be in better condition to warrant the price they charge in a neighborhood that is not the best.

Parking was reasonable, though handicapped was in the back with stairs leading to the front. Route to banquet room was clean though some parts under construction. Room was large, clean, and sound system was good. Food was delicious, but I felt left out cause I had to ask for coffee, while the other tables received a pot. It was a good experience. 4 out of 5.

Three stars is probably a little too high, elevators going through massive service. Just getting to lobby is a time consuming effort. A few conference goers mentioned the hotel seems dated and stale o didn't think it was bad, but the elevator and then rerouting traffic to service elevator is inconvenient to say the least

I arrived Friday night and had my room within about 10 minutes. There wasn't a fridge, but they brought one almost immediately upon request. The room was huge (as you can see in the pictures) and I was HIGHLY impressed with the softness of the linens and beds.

The grounds themselves are well kept, spacious and absolutely stunning. With multiple hiking paths, spa, 2 heated pools, and a small boutique there is something for everyone. They even have a children's "club" to keep your children entertained while you are pampered.

Diego was ON POINT. He made sure I was satisfied at check in and throughout my stay. There was also a new person who checked me in Tuesday afternoon. She was very personable too. And then there was Hannah the night before I checked out. She offered to fax some papers that hadn't yet showed up when they arrived. Very hospitable. THANK YOU, ADOLPHUS. An excellent property in the heart of downtown Dallas. Plenty of dining nearby. I ate at a couple great food places within 2 blocks of the hotel.

Was greeted with bubbles and warm cookies! Room was very clean, staff has been over the top accommodating! The pool is AWESOME!! I will be returning here for sure!! Very impressed with everything on Our first stay here:)
