Well located, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Cozy bar and very good breakfast service. We have stayed here many times while in Dallas. Very good diner located walking distance right across street.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Market Center is very nice. The gentleman at check in(Ron) was very nice and extremely polite. Location is great, it's very easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Hotel bar has a good staff and solid pours. The room was very clean when i got there and even though I turned down housekeeping for 3 days the room is still pretty clean(meaning they actually clean and not just spray air fresheners). If I come back to Dallas I will for sure stay here

Hotel was nice and clean. However, the shower temperature wasn't consistent and would switch between too hot, too cold and warm on and off just within a 15 minute shower. One light in the room never worked and one in the bathroom only worked maybe 3 times in our 4 day stay. Other than that, the hotel was great. Free wine, beer and snacks on Tuesday nights. Conveniently located a short 5 minute drive to American Airlines Center. Hotel staff was very friendly as well.

Didn’t get to stay herereview only covers cancellation service.

We purchased a non-refundable room, had an emergency pop up at the last minute and were unable to make it. I wasn’t trying to get my room deposit back, just the taxes and fees since we wouldn’t be staying there and it’s about 30-35% of what your room costs.

There’s a cancel button that they send with your confirmation email, but what it covers is vague. I ended up calling to take care of it. The representative was extremely nice, but she informed me that even the taxes and fees are non-refundable. When I asked why so I could understand their policy, she said she’d get me to someone that could explain. After a few minutes on hold, I was politely informed that I was being transferred to the hotel’s general manager. The call went to voicemail, I left a detailed message, I waited four hours, and now I’m posting this review.

Take from that what you will. I’m assuming that I’ll receive no call back and will be out about $35 worth of taxes and fees. Everyone that I interacted with was pleasant, but I feel as if the manager gave me the cold shoulder.

Great service and rooms. Was very accommodating for those displaced by Hurricane Harvey. Great breakfast buffet and awesome char broiled/ grilled steaks. Highly recommended and will use again if ever in the area.

Breakfast Buffet at this Holiday Inn is pretty good. Home potatoes are just right. Sausage bacon eggs waffles French toast. Of course you cereal and yogurt. Great medium price hotel. Staff is very helpful. Neatly located at Market Center just outside of Uptown and downtown Dallas.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I came in to stay from California for the death of my brother. The staff seems to form a friendly family atmosphere that supports its employees. You all seem to be wonderful people.

Sheets were thin, towels were small, shower was tepid and broken such that 10% of the water pressure came out of the faucet instead of the shower. Staff was polite, professional, and welcoming. Bed was soft.

The hotel is older, but the rooms were spacious and seemed clean. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the American Airlines center, which made getting too and from our event much easier! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

It's a clean hotel, but getting a bit dated. There is somewhere a fan in the wall I room 523 that constantly rattled, which tended to be annoying. The second night the TV wasn't working anymore. The pool looked nice, but I didn't get a chance to try it. The pub located in hotel was a pleasant surprise. The food and beer selection was good. The staff in the hotel was friendly.

Nice reasonably priced hotel for the area. I stay here from time to time and usually get good service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only reason I wouldn't rate this property higher is due to its A/C system.
