Beautiful decor and friendly staff. Rooms were exquisite and spacious in all the right places. I'd stay there again without a doubt.
Newly renovated suites are world class in terms of design and decor.
Free hanging heavy glass stand up shower doors feature oversized visible rollers. Grohe fixtures are very pleasing to the eye.
However, performance of the water temperature valve in the shower was very temperamental. Ever so slight rotation of the lever yielded water that was too hot. Ever so slight turns in opposite direction to correct it (including waiting many minutes for temperatures to stabilize) resulted in water that was too cold. The knob on the glass shower door was falling off when I arrived. Housekeeping should do a better job of alerting maintenance to perform repairs.
The certified Pure allergy free floor I was on featured an extensive list of methods they use to accomplish this. As a severe allergy sufferer, I can attest the treatments and air purifier system does the job very well. I have experienced different hotels that claim the same but did not provide the same allergy relief.
Bacon in the restaurant was thickly sliced and of high quality and perfectly cooked. Bacon in the concierge lounge was of a lower quality but still cooked perfectly. The remainder of the breakfast and coffee options were world class.
Rooms are everything you would expect from a Marriott. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Quiet Even though it's next to a highway. Customer service is prompt and pleasant. However, my room had no clock And carpet nails sticking up and the bed is very firm. So firm that I had to sleep on the couch.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around
Excellent location, great staff, exceptional rooms, great breakfast buffet and menu, excellent dinner menu and great bar staff. General Manager Bill is a walk around manager who truly cares about the guest experience. He stops and talks with guest and asks how their stay is and if the hotel is meeting their needs. The dining room staff is excellent with Melissa (the host), Donna (a server), and Ruby (a server), all working as a team and making every feel at home and welcome. I am a Marriott Platinum Elite Member staying most of my time in Marriott hotels while on business travel and this hotel rates with the best of them. Will return in the future.
Our stay was the number one worst hotel experience we have ever encountered. They are hosting a motorcycle convention. Noise of motorcycles and boom boxes was over the top. Called the front counter and the guy named G, said he would have already left! That was the answer for our not getting to sleep until 1am. Folks don't expect any help with noise, your payment doesn't give you the right for peace and some sleep. At least the Marriott could inform clients of the types of meetings going on. This would allow customers the opportunity to go elsewhere to avoid the problems we have had to endure. We had also ask to speak with the manager earlier in the day about the noise but he never showed up. The restaurant food for the breakfast bar was cold. This is the first time in my life I have written a complaint like this. I am 70 years old, so you know I have had many stays in hotels. Just want you to know what to expect from this hotel.
I enjoyed staying at the Marriott. It had more amenities than other hotels I've been at including an air mattress in the closet and an extra pull out bed. It was clean and spacious which was nice. We did get two different warnings for noise with a letter saying we'd get kicked out if they showed up a third time but we were pretty loud and I don't blame them for doing their job.

This is the fourth time I've stayed in this hotel since August this year. Besides nice and clean facilities, what I appreciate the most is the staff here. I am from Houston. When hurricane Harvey hit Houston, I happened to be in this hotel. I couldn't go home when both airports in Houston were closed for a week. I stayed in the hotel for that week. The staff at the restaurant, like Ruby and others, were friendly and treated me very nice. They asked me about my house status and cared about my situation. That made me feel so warm and like being at home. The front desk staff also were helpful since I extended my stay for four different times during that week. I was very grateful to meet them at the tough time. This is the hotel I will stay when I come to Dallas. The hotel is 3-Star hotel. But the staff are all deserved 5 stars!!

The hotel was very clean and the room was very accommodating. I really like the layout. The hotel in general has a very modern theme. Service in the hotel lounge was also pretty good. Overall it was a very satisfying stay.
Very nice rooms, very classy hotel. Service was really good. The breakfast, if I had not received for free, would have been very disappointing to say the least considering the actual cost.
Had some family members over and was pleased on how friendly the staff was. The bartender, Jet, was great. Had a fun time in the down town area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Hotel is 8-10 mins from Dallas/Love Field airport. Unfortunately the hotel shuttle was booked for another party so we had to take a taxi but no worries! Looking forward to a relaxing weekend. Suites are modern, spacious and clean! HUGE tv, comfy beds and strong a/c. Room service is pricey which is to be expected for this caliber hotel. Friendly staff- thank you for making my Mothers Day weekend extra special!
This is a beautiful hotel, and yes they were doing renovations, but the service made up for that! Every staff member went out of their way and one in particular was outstanding (Charleston Howard). He went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful time. The spa was beautiful and the beds so comfortable. I love it that they had double KING beds in the rooms and there was still plenty of room. We are already talking about bringing all of our daughters next time (and there will be a next time). I would say this was one of my top places I have every stayed. Our family has had a very tough year and this is exactly what we needed!!
Enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable room - almost spa-like. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. Great location, too. Free parking! I will definitely be back when I find myself in downtown Dallas.
