Clean and cozy rooms, clean lobbies, nice restaurant, with heated outdoor swimming pool, computer room with printer, fast internet service, reliable shuttle service. Only improvement I could ask for is a slightly more friendly reception staff. Having said that even some of the staff is very good and welcoming.

I spent 4 days a the Hilton garden inn for a work conference. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was large and very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotels beds I've slept on. It was also easy to get downtown and to DFW airport.

Stayed at this hotel while I was in Dallas for a fight. That night I bought a bottle of water and some snacks from the front desk and I paid for the Continental breakfast. In the morning when I went to eat I was told I would have to pay for the continental breakfast. I informed the girl behind the counter that I had already paid for the continental breakfast with my credit card. She insisted that I pay for it again. I told her there was no way I would pay for it twice. She just kept insisting that I had to pay for it again. I told her to get the manager that I was not going to pay for it twice. The manager came and took me to her office. Looked up on her computer system for my credit card transaction. She said there was no transaction with my credit card. The manager paid for my continental breakfast. After eating I drove back to Houston. When I got to Houston the charge was on my credit card. Would have given this Hotel five stars except they charge for continental breakfast which is ridiculous, you get the same exact breakfast at Holiday Inn. Would of given four stars except the transaction that the manager told me did not take place showed up on my credit card.

Stayed there on a Saturday night. The room cost was $251 There was an additional charge the next morning for the Continental Breakfast. $25 for two people. The room was nice. It had excellent water pressure. The hotel staff were friendly. For $251, the breakfast should have been included. Though I will add that the food was pretty good. The high cost is the reason for only two stars.

I would give this hotel 5 stars but the front desk seems to fall short. The rest of the staff, on the other hand was amazing. Amicable and prompt. Check in took almost 45 minutes and some of the front desk staff, not all seemed completely uneducated on procedure or didn't bother to ask when not knowledgeable of certain information. The facility is spacious and immaculate to a T. Items are delivered promptly to the room but if multiple guests are staying for multiple stays, they should be prepared. The establishment is family friendly. There is apool/hot tub which is located outside, next to their fitness center and business center.

My son got married on 5/6 and we worked with Ann Perez to get a block of rooms for our out of town guests. Ann was outstanding at making sure everything ran smoothly and we were well taken care of! Luke at the front desk went the extra mile to make sure our guests were happy and that the treat bags for guests I put together went to everyone! The hotel was clean and the staff is amazing! I can't say enough!

A pleasant hotel in the hub of Market Center and the Design District right off I-35 at a somewhat reasonable price considering how close it is to Downtown Dallas. The pool was out of order when we stayed which was disappointing because it was middle of summer, but the room was huge, clean and spacious. The lobby was very inviting, and the hotel was close to West End and Downtown which was where we were visiting being new to Dallas and seeing the sites. We skipped breakfast for a restaurant in Oak Lawn, so can't comment on it. The staff was very courteous, and everything was very clean. It may not be the hottest hotel on the block in this area, but the service was great and we had no complaints besides the pool being not available. A great value from the great Hilton brand.

Great facility and the staff was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean advice always come to expect at a Hilton Garden. Had breakfast one morning and it was very tasty. Always seem to pay a premium for hotel food but it was easy and very edible.

Stayed overnight because I had my annual checkup with the Cooper Clinic. I was amazed at how beautifully everything had been redecorated. Stunning. Loved the new chandelier in the front area and the sitting area. Really everything in the common area as well as in my room had a new fresh, young, "now" feeling. Really says something about a hotel that tries to please.

A company Holiday party in downtown Dallas and a very cold night led us to decide to stay overnight at this hotel. We arrived early and found the room to our satisfaction (roomy, comfortable and clean). That gave us time to get coffee downstairs and get dressed leisurely. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast there - the omelettes are excellent and they cleaned the dining area quickly as people finished and left. The attentiveness of all the staff we encountered is to be commended. We expect to stay there again next year, even if the weather isn't bad!
