Has to be the worst place I've stay at, before I go on I have to say that they had started remodeling when I was there so hope it's better. The shower handle didn't work half the time the sink faucet wasn't secured correctly. The safe didn't work the binder with information in had mold on the page's. Hope it's better after the remodeling.

Stay some place elves. First night got no sleep due to all the yelling . people knocking at the door at 3 and 4 am. We got moved to a new room and it has no heat And its cold as he'll out side. The toilet runs non stop. Yea stay someplace eles

Don’t do it.. I understand wanting to save money.. but don’t do it to yourself. My room was at the back of the building.. very sketchy. The room was gross and reeked of smoke, the couch and lamps had stains and looked very dirty. There were clumps of dirt/dust dangling from the ceiling, and reddish brown splatter marks on the wall of the bathroom (blood maybe?) idk.. either way just gross. The room is connected on one side to another room by a very thin door (you can hear everything your unknown neighbor does or says) and the regular door to the room doesn’t seem very secure.. no deadbolt. Maybe I was just unlucky and got a bad room.. but head my warning just avoid this place and spend a few extra bucks to stay somewhere nicer.. cleaner.. safer.

Good location. I like the court yard type hotels. Most of the staff were very nice. A few were rude when asked for towels or other little things. Rooms were decent but not very clean. Needs an exhaust fan in bathrooms to prevent the moldy caulk they have around the tub

Good place to stay if you're working on the road. Nothing special. Weird stain on the ceiling that could have been a portal to Hell. Toilet only worked half the time.

I've had much better experiences in motels which cost me less than what I paid here. Not sure what they're referring to when they say "Quality Inn". Don't fall for the "fast WiFi", it was pretty much non existent in the room I stayed in. Saw a couple of small roaches around in the room too. Since I chose this on a business travel portal, I did not have the chance to see the reviews before I booked. But none of the other hotels closeby have good ratings as well, so there you go.
The Lobby closes at 11pm and the lady handling the shift is one of the most lethargic person I've seen. I wanted to change my room and there is literally no one to attend to your complaints. Overall, if you ever visit Charleston, make sure you book one of the well established hotel chains and away from the airport. My work requires a lot of travel and I've traveled to economically worse places in the U.S and stayed at cheap hotels, this was the worst experience in terms of stay. They charge less, but it's worth half of it.response / report this review -

Its ok. Its nothing special and pretty average. It appears to be an older building. Its clean. There are areas with paint splatters on the mirrors and carpets. The tub and counter tops are aged and stained (burn spots). I couldn't get the photos to show cause the lighting in the room was very dark. The only working outlets were attached to the lamps. The other outlets in the room didn't work. Only down part was the big flying bug that met us when we opened the room door to leave.

Checked in to allow my father in law to stay the night. Service was great at front desk. Gave a first floor room. Had many issues with the room that made us demand a refund. Paint peeling off ceiling. Drywall cracks covered up by a ten yr old? The door to the room had a half inch gap that looked like it was jimmied and broken in to. Big enough gap in door for bugs, maybe snacks to get in. Planes flying over every 10 to 15 minutes. Only positive was that the hotel manager allowed refund for entire stay.

Drove 6 hours and then had to stand in the lobby waiting for the slow staff to check us in. After that annoyance, went into our non-smoking room which wreaked of cigarette smoke so had to go back and ask for a new room. Once in the new room after walking around our socks/feet were so dirty due to their filty floors. Lastly, the microwave in our room randomly turned on so it may be haunted (no joke haha). Only good thing was that I was able to save a couple bucks on their low rates

The location is about the only good thing of this place. The room was not very well kept. There were towels that had stains. The carpet was old and smelled like vomit in some places. The breakfast was non existent and even though you could not smoke, there were people smoking in the hallway and it would vent in the rooms. Horrible!!!!

Cleaning staff are thieves! I have been waiting on a phone call from the person and charge for 3 days now and haven't received one. My xbox 1 controller was stolen and my boss phone charger. I called and they just told me they couldn't do anything and file a police report, when i live 5 hours away!!! Wont even punish their sticky hand helpers.
