Staff upon check-in was very nice! Even gave my daughter a cookie! Room was very clean and beds were reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was good. Could use more of a variety of milk and the eggs were basically grains of sugar sized some how? Kind of thrown off by that. Also, be very careful when retrieving any hot items because they put the metal tongs inside the piping hot warmers and you WILL burn yourself. Probably not the smartest idea there. So if you have kids, please assist them. On the upside they did have Greek yogurt and a pancake making machine that was super cool and fun to watch! My daughter loved the pancakes. Again room was very clean. Toiletries were from bath and body works. Only downside to the room was they really need to add more/accessible outlets and maybe some usb outlets. It says that their 24/7 store has food but they only had a bag of microwave rice. Had to walk to a gas station at 3 am for food. I'm not really counting this against the hotel as not many people are up/ want to eat this late; however, I figured I would include it for the night owls like myself. Check out was easy and staff was friendly at checkout! Price was a little high but considering I booked same day I can understand a bit. Location was easy to find and located convienently next to a cook-out, gas station, and a emergency room. Would stay again.

Pretty nice hotel. What you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

It was undergoing construction when I was there, but there wasn't any loud noises or mess. The elevators make creaks and squeaks that are very nerve racking, but overall the place looks nice.

Great location with several restaurant in walking distance. Service is fantastic with very friendly staff (Michele in the dining area is wonderful). Rooms are ok, not the best Holiday Inn Express in this regard but certainly not the worst I've seen. Our bed's mattress seemed old. Bath tub not in the greatest of condition either, but still functional. I would visit again.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had variety and tasted good. Plenty of parking with a lot that was easy to get in and out of. Only 25 minutes to historic Charleston!

Pretty much your typical Holiday inn. Staff is friendly, rooms are a little larger than typical, and breakfast is the usual. One great thing it has happy hour from 5-7 which serves free drinks and snacks. Plenty of parking and an easy to get to location.

The hotel is located on a small road off of a busier one, so I couldn't hear any kind of traffic. The rooms are excellent, and I loved the reception on Monday night! This hotel is great.

Location is great, close to places to eat. Room and hotel in general was clean and neat. Service was good. Fairly unremarkable, but in a good way. We showed up, checked in, stayed without any hassle or fuss or issues - exactly what I'm looking for.
