I stay here once a week . Always greeted with a smile. The rooms are nice, always clean. No noise in the hotel. A nice place to stay.

We have to stay there 3 days because of the hurricane, the room is not clean as we expecting some unknown hair in the bed and the bathroom . Also problem because they charge 157 fee for not check in , but our family did book more that 10 rooms , we all there more then 2 days , I don’t know why they still charge me ,call them back few time doesn’t help, finally talk to manager name rick bartel , he said that we have too many room , and refuse to refund the room we never know was there . They are very rude and unfriendly. Never come back again

Checked in and the beds were not made. The dirty linens were piled on the chair. The fridge was never looked in because it had left food and drinks. The bathroom looked okay. But no one cleaned or prepared the room. Now we are waiting for the lady from the front desk to clean it herself and get it ready when we are having to wait downstairs. We had to go downstairs just to make the complaint because the phone didn't work either.
The lady was very nice and helpful but it stinks being inconvenienced in that way.

This hotel doesn't meet the expectations for the typical country inn we are use too! Its more like a motel 6! We love country inn's & suites but not this one. We stayed in a newly "renovated room" but was clearly not done right! The room had two queen beds. The sheets on both beds were dirty. They had black spots all over them and the top comforters on both beds were also dirty! The shower curtain was also dirty. Looked like it had never been cleaned. It was one of those fabric ones. We killed a large(palmetto) bug in on floor. The lighting in the parking lot was poorly lit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady that check us in was great and apologetic. They change prices daily. Definitely not worth the price. Should be a motel 6 because it doesn't measure up to all the other country inn's we've stayed in. Now watch them give a automated response.

“Great place to stay” The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was always friendly helpful -- everyone from housekeeping to check-in staff. They had great recommendations for places to eat/visit. We loved the complimentary breakfast. And the rooms were so spacious with great amenities, making traveling easier on a family.

On May 4 2017 I reserved a hotel suite to have for my daughter's sleepover for her 9th birthday on May 6 2017 I arrived and checked into the hotel at 4:30 pm, at about 5:15pm my sister arrived with the cake the front desk stopped her and said that they do not allow sleepovers at the hotel. When she got up stair she told me so I called down to the front desk to see wht the issue was, the rude property manger told me that they do not allow sleepovers at the hotel and that I had to leave or she would have me arrested for tresspassing. I said that was ok and ask for a refund she said no that I will not be recieving a refund. On the front desk there are a number of rules and do's and dont's listed but no where does it say that they do not allow sleepover. So now I had to leave with 5 little girls with no refund and no where to go I was there all of 11/2 hours nothing was touched in the room as the gilrs were sitting in the living area watching tv. and they kept all of my money . Property managers were very rude and inconciderate and cold hearted

Will never stay at this hotel again.

Had an awful night sleep because we could hear the people above us. We could literally hear the conversation that the couple was having in the room above us and at one point during the night has to listen to loud sex. We had our two year old with us. When we spoke to the front desk they did not offer to move us or mend the situation. We were up all night at this hotel after a 9 hour drive with a two year old. It negatively effected out short stay in Charleston.

On top of awful sleeping conditions, our room was dirty on arrival and even after requesting a room fresh between nights, house keeping did not come to our room once during the entire weekend.

The worst part was when we asked to speak to a manager the front desk told us that there was no manager over the weekend. What kind of hotel does not have a manager over the weekend?

Rick Patel, the manager has been horrible to get in touch with and incredibly rude. He has refused to speak to us on the phone even when his staff says he is in the hotel.

If you experience this type of stay here at the Country Inn and Suites I encourage you to file a "travel complaint" with the customer protection agency.

Was in town for the weekend for a wedding. I was almost late for check in because of traffic. The guest service rep was really friendly. Fast check in/out.
The rooms weren't bad at all, bed was ok, pillows were too soft for my liking. It just got really hot at night, I'm guessing the a/c needed maintenance. Nice, strong shower.
The hotel is conveniently located;close to the interstate, Northwoods Mall was basically behind it, banks, restaurants and Walmart.
Nice light breakfast, nothing to complain about.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. We were in a suite & it was very roomy. Lots of space with a nice little kitchenette. Very clean bathrooms & spacious.

Horrible place to stay! Will never stay here again. Rooms did not look clean. Sheets were very dingy on bed and fitted sheet kept coming off while I was sleeping (which revealed a very stained mattress). This place gave me the creeps! Towels had a red hair on them (none of us have red hair)! They did not even give us enough towels or wash clothes for the 4 of us. I kept the Do Not Disturb sign out. I knew I needed more towels and wash clothes. I called down front and was given attitude that I would need to bring down all of the dirty laundry to get them switched out. I stood there for 20 minutes holding my wet, dirty towels while they checking in another guest. When time to get new towels, she would not touch my dirty laundry but instead made me take my dirty laundry to their housekeeping room while she "fished out" barely dry towels. They of course did not have enough wash clothes for 4 people so I had to wait while she searched everywhere for enough for us to use! Key did not work for the entire stay. Had to have that redone a couple of time! It appears only one person was working the whole hotel at a time. NASTY PLACE!
