Charming Inn well situated in the King Street shopping district and within walking distance to many fine restaurants. About one-third of the rooms feature fire places. Ours had a mini fridge.

This hotel could not have been more perfect for our getaway weekend for my birthday! Especially if you love historic hotels, you will love the charm of this place combined with beautifully decorated and modern rooms. The location is absolutely unbeatable in the heart of King Street shopping district, and their parking area is very conveniently located behind the hotel with direct access from the parking lot into the lobby. The have a lovely wine and cheese hour from 5-6 each day, and breakfast and coffee can be delivered to your room at no extra charge! Our room came with a fireplace which was romantic and functional and kept the room very toasty at night! We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Charleston and highly recommend if you’re looking for charm and comfort in the heart of downtown Charleston!

Absolutely LOVE this gorgeous little inn!! The manager, Carolyn, even gave us a full tour, and explained all the historic, charming little things you might not normally even notice! The service is fantastic, the location is incredible, and the rooms are just amazing. It had that perfect mix classoc historic but with modern touches! A must stay in Charleston!

We had a great time there. The place very nice and a up dated room with a working fireplace. The hotel was central located to all attraction. There isn't any restaurant there, but a very nice one two doors down. The staff was helpful and are very willing to make your stay comfortable.

The hotel was a neat experience. It was much older which gave it a different type of vibe than I am used to. The room was clean along with the rest of the hotel. There was a wine and cheese tasting for the guests in the evening, along with complimentary sherry later on. There is a neat little courtyard in the middle of the hotel that has a small fountain and some plants. I thought it was a relaxing place to sit and a nice touch. Dogs are also allowed at the hotel which I thought was definitely a plus! Overall I had an enjoyable time and loved being in the middle of alot of popular places. I would definitely go back

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is amazing and friendly. The breakfast brought to my door was fantastic. They were all super sweet to my pup I had with me and the rooms are beautiful. Not to mention the ideal location it's in.

Kings Courtyard Inn is the epitome of southern charm in Charleston. The ammeneties are ample and the southern touches like evening sherry are a joy. It is in the heart of King street and the rooms are beautiful. Even the cafe was excellent. Highly recommended.
