Stayed here last night. Pictures made it look like it was a beautiful place for the price. Upon arrival, the lobby was beautiful and clean, but that's where it stopped. The doors don't close all the way. The light fixtures are broken or non-existent. The drapes were either falling off or wouldn't close entirely. There is no iron or ironing board so don't expect one because they'll lie and say "Let me see if I can find one" and you won't hear back from them. The phones don't work. The remotes don't operate anything functionally. The hair dryer isn't mounted so feel free to remove if necessary. The box spring and frame didn't fit together at all which lead to the box spring breaking.
But if after all this, you still feel the need to test the waters yourself, good luck.response / report this review -

Absolutely horrible room. So many things were broken or completely dirty. The closet and floor looked like it hadn't been swept in months. They downgraded one room from a suite to a normal room but didn't give me any sort of compensation for it and didn't let me know beforehand. They had cancelled rooms without letting people know (there were multiple people in the lobby without a place to stay). The room service workers were incredibly sweet but definitely weren't cleaning the rooms. On the upside we didn't see any bugs. Definitely do not recommend and I'm not one to usually say that.

I love this place. So many great experiences. The art deco rooms are a breath of fresh air. The bartender makes some good appetizers. Cool people stay there Don't smoke in the rooms They will send you packing Which is a good rule even though I got kicked out I still love the place and promise no smoking in house. Lol

The hotel really isn't that bad for the money.. You kinda get what you pay for here. We had a king suite it is very bare in the room a big in space that's missing something did not have a warm feeling.. The bedroom was better some things missing from the wall but other than that it was clean. They missed the Marrk here this would be a golden opportunity to turn it into something wonderful,

When me and my boyfriend checked in it was good until we went to the room. The sheets and pillows were dirty and had hair all over them. There were no towels or toilet paper in the bathroom. The furniture was all unmatched and the air conditioner didn't work. The fire alarm kept going off couldn't sleep the bed sucked. The room next to us was smoking weed it stunck bad. Everyone that was checking in or out complained about everything. We didn't say anything because we needed to sleep. I'm surprised they are still in business. They also say refundable $75 no it's not never received it. All the employees are dressed unprofessional.

Roach Infested!! This was the most horrible hotel experience in my life. I checked in Saturday afternoon with my family. The TV was broken and they never came to fix it. We left for dinner and came back to the room. I turned the lights on and roaches scattered everywhere. The mattress was stained with only God knows what. I complained and was told since there was no management on duty they could not refund me. They refused to give me another room. The pool area is disgusting, there was a dirty screen floating in the pool. Don't stay here!!

SUBSTANDARD!!! no toilet paper when err checked in. Toilet paper roll broken. Towel racks broken. No iron or ironing board. No smoke detector in the bedroom. Bedroom lamps unplugged when we checked in, had to figure out why the lights weren't coming on. When err went back to the front desk for wash clothes (because there weren't any in the room) they only had one. Thin, cheap blankets, no extra blankets. Stained furniture. The staff was friendly and the property looks nice on the outside but none of that matters if the room is SUBSTANDARD!!! In the top five worst places I've stayed. Checked out after the first night

This hotel is a joke.. They need to take the grand off and call it Ontario mold and disgusting breakfast with a horrible new manager and suites Waste of counter space Mold in the bathrooms air condition didn't work.. They. Very remote didn't work had to go down to get your towels And the breakfast by far was the worst I have seen The oatmeal was hard and had no taste. They had a little bottle of Orange and milk sitting in ice 😡😢 as well as the yogurt.. Please don't promote breakfast if you serving food worse than jail house food.. Not to mention this manager had no customer service skills, had no knowledge of how to handle her customer's.. Just rude and eyelashes longer than her nose.. And that big girl at the front fake as hell all she was worried about was trying to catch a man at the end of her shift.. If you put in a new staff and clean the mold out you may have a better hotel But nothing is grand about it.when ask for towels, remote or anything else we needed in the room the big girl at the front days took hours to get anything done.. The maintenance man went into our room without informing us.. The couch was dirty and smelled like the mold in the bathrooms.. The long lashed manager did not want to give me my money back nor did she apologize for her hotel being a total mess. No security locks on doors or windows.. The managers main concern was smoking a ciggerette and laughing outside.. Vending matching was over priced.. Oh and the receptionist mentioned they couldn't find my reservation and lied and said the company usually faxes the reservation.. Such a liar All in all I rate this a no star and I'm making it a point to get the code enforcement on their ass.

Nice updated property. Front desk staff are pleasant and greet everyone walking in. Convenient location and quiet. The pool area is a garden Oasis and makes you feel you are swimming in your own private pond in the tropics (the water is clean). The things we found lacking: the grout on the tile in the bathroom area needs deep a cleaning, the bar area was missing a microwave and mini fridge (there is sapce for them in the built-in​ cabinets), and the bed was broken. Either the frame or the box spring were broken, resulting in the matress sagging down over a foot. Which doesn't make for a comfortable sleeping experience. The breakfast was only cold cereal, muffins and oatmeal. They do have a microwave in the lobby area but it was filthy. I feel the property has the potential to be in a higher tier but the lack of details and detailing makes it a nice budget property.

Dirty, not safe. Pool, jacuzzi and bathroom in that area disgusting. Open door to a shaft that went full length of hotel. Any kid could've gotten in and fallen. Asked for towels twice and never delivered. Staff acted put out if needed anything. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Had a lot space in room. It was quiet as well.

If you're a good looking girl, you'd most love this place. The gentleman in the front desk is more than willing to extend his muscle to assist you with your slightest complain. He is nice and polite. The beds are nice and comfortable, nice warm shower and towels were delivered right even before I requested. Two thumbs up!
