My husband and I have stayed in many Hilton properties and we've always enjoyed our stay unfortunately I stay here has been disappointing. The bed slopes in the middle so it's very uncomfortable to sleep in second the towels are very rough on the skin we asked for a softer one but they gave us exactly the same third the food was not up to par. The French toast was extremely dry we asked for a second one and they gave us exactly the same dry toast. Will never stay here again

Very Smokey hotel. Ashtrays and cigarette butts all over the hotel grounds. everywhere, very low maintenance here. The room air-conditioner was filthy blowing dirty air into the room. To make it worst, we were abruptly woken up at 7:23am with a loud garden blower outside our window. We will never come back.

It's fine. Clean rooms, nice staff. I was only there for like 7 hours total and sleeping for 6.5 of those so I don't have a lot of things to say about it.

Horrible, they charged us for a suite and gave us a standard. Still charging sutie price. Then stated they are out of suites. Mind you, we prepaid days before for this available room. That's not it, to top it off the adjustment control on the bed they are so proud of is broken. Worst ever and we travel a lot. I won't tell you the charge but it was well over two hundred well over. Looks like blood on the towel.

The hallway my room was by had a very odd smell but but other than that I no issue. It was great but of you need a hotel it'll do.

Solid. Stayed on a business trip of sorts, and it was wonderful. Made-to-order continental, which I've never seen, but the extra few minutes you have to wait are well worth it. Standard rooms, good pool, minimal fitness room, with well-sized conference rooms. All love.

Very nice hotel. Great and helpful staff. Had event inside conference room on a day when outside Temps where 106 degrees, conference room was a little warm, but again, I blame the specific hot weather of the day. Lots of food choices around and large outlet mall across street. Good choice for a stay.

This is one of the better hotels I've stayed at, not the best but pretty nice. It's right across the street from the Ontario Mills so theres tons of stuff close by. Rooms were decent and the service staff were all very nice.

Good clean room and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast does have made to order eggs, but very limited beyond the eggs. Plan on going somewhere else for the money if you are paying for breakfast. If you are thinking about buying breakfast, there are better cheaper places only a 2 min walk.

We were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of our room. It had great air circulation without getting cold. My daughter enjoyed a trip to the pool as well. We don't normally enjoy hotel breakfast, but this one was quite good - fresh fruits, a variety of choices of breads, savory omelets & more. Definitely would recommend.

I have stayed a lot of Hilton Garden hotels. And this one several times. This one is nice, but does not include a continental breakfast for guests. You have to pay for it. Doesn't seam like a big deal but when your charging what there charging you'd thing breakfast would be included. Also if you have any kind of status Silver, Gold, etc. Make sure the young kid at the desk looks at your room selection. I prefer rooms away from the elevator, and he literally put me right outside of the elevator. The hotel was 1/2 empty . All in all it is a nice place to stay. Just wasn't very happy with them this time
