Nice clean room. Right across the street from the convention center. About 3 miles down the interstate from Ontario Mills. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. Rooms are dirty. Not properly cleaned dishwasher is ran without soap. We found BEDBUGS. The manager accused my husband of bringing it himself for money. Then tried to say it was a carpet beetle. Really?!? We had to take the bug to Orkin to verify it was indeed a bedbug. And it is. Some rude girl not the GM offered to move us to another room and when I explained to her that wouldn’t fix the problem. Wouldn’t we just be moving the bugs to another room if they were in our luggage or on our clothes? she got all huffy and said well i dont know what you what me to do. Needless to say this place is a dump and a nightmare. I suggest you check your room when you arrive and before you leave. We will be contacting corporate ASAP

I like the rooms. No complaints. It feels private and cozy. Since you have your own entrance.

The rooms were nice however the customer service was not. We left a purse in the room which was not returned. After consistently having to follow up with the manager we were finally told that nothing was left in the room (days later). No apologies, no concern , nothing. We will not be staying here again. If you decide to stay here make sure you double check your room before you leave!

Rooms are clean and set up nicely, but there must be a very thin layer of insulation between the walls and ceiling. You can hear a cat walking right above you if there was one. You'll hear every cabinet slam, banging around above and beside you and every foot step. If you stay here, I'd recommend requesting a top floor room.

HUGE rooms. We stayed in a lovely two-story two-bedroom suite. The only downside was the bed in the loft was right up against the half wall. Couldn't let my son go up stairs alone, for fear he'd fall off the bed and down to the first floor.

The Residence inn of Ontario California is very welcoming with a nice evening buffet and the staff really has a nice way of making you feel welcome. It's just the other guests while we were there were a very rude crowd. They were of the Hispanic ethnicity and when the kind lady in the kitchen brought the hot food out for the remaining guests the woman who was already done eating had pushed her way to the front of the line jerking on her children's arms. Violently and had them put their plates up to get the all the chicken she hand picked out of the stir fry and she toook it all. Not just a lot , she made us wait in line for too long and the father said to the children when we were walking by "now you remember when I told you about people who are different than us" and it was all just very uncomfortable. Also the bed had been understandably occupied in my room so I went to lie on the couch and to my disgusting suprise the pillow I was laying on smelled like a hot fresh dumpster and a bums excrement.

While the staff is friendly and the location is convenient, this hotel could definitely use some work. The floors were not adequately cleaned (my son's white socks were dark grey after walking around for about two hours) and there is a notable line of dust and dirt around the carpet edges. The kitchen sink had remaining food debris and the showerhead was covered in limescale. The plumbing obviously needs to be updated since they have signs indicating the need to wait for hot water tanks to refill and the fixtures are loose and old.

It isn't a bad hotel, but until some of the updates/renovations they are obviously doing are completed, it might not be worth the price.

The rooms are spacious and updated and the bedding and matresses were quite comfortable. The kitchen had basic cooking equipment, dishes, cutlery, etc. The carpet looked like it could use a cleaning. But overall, the stay was nice, the grounds were well kept, and the staff was pleasant. I'd definitely stay here again or at other Residence Inns.

Great hotel, particularly if you will be in Ontario for awhile. It is across the street from the convention center and near some decent places to eat.

Setup is kind of catered to people who need a home away from home.

It also feels a bit more like a small apartment than a hotel room.

The rooms are spacious. We had a 2 bedroom suite. The 2nd bedroom is a loft. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The wifi however is terrible. They restrict you to only 3 devices which is ridiculous in this day and age. Especially when the rooms are for 4 to 6 people so you have to decide who gets a connection and who doesn't. Totally not what we expected from a well known name like Marriot.

Nice place. Parking was a little awkward but had plenty. No place to eat within a short walk.

It's pretty close to the airport with shuttle service to the ONT airport. The rooms are clean and the full kitchen is always nice to have. I wish, Residence Inn would consider 2 queen bed setup in the current setup for families of 4. The sofa-bed does not really count as a bed.

I've stayed here multiple times while on assignment. Very comfortable and the staff has always been above standard. I will be back for sure, social days = drinks and food. Easy access to the freeway. I would rate it a 5 star but nothings perfect in life. The staff I encountered make me want to stay longer and come back sooner.
