It's somewhere between a 2 and 3 star hotel. The premises and interior were clean, with the latter being a bit dated. There was an odd smell on the first floor reminiscent of BO, which hit us when we entered through the back door. Our floor (the 3rd) smelled fine.

The room was clean, but again, dated. The bed was comfortable enough and the room had AC/heat. The towels were pretty scratchy and seemed smaller than other hotel's towels. The toilet paper had the texture of fine sandpaper. The toiletries smelled nice and lathered up really well. The free breakfast was really good and the kitchen staff very friendly and accommodating, even after I spilled my coffee all over the floor!

It's odd that I remember this, but the housecleaning staff never looked at us or said good morning. I guess I'm just not used to that. It's an average hotel that could use some updating, but it's right around $100/ night so you get what you pay for.

It's proximity to the airport and mall is great as my wife and I did a little shopping before we headed home. I think I would stay there again. The deficiencies aren't that bad and I only used it for a bed and the breakfast the next morning.

Nice full spread of breakfast choices. Kids love bacon and make your own waffles. Cute country decor. Lots of comfy pillows and blankets. Quiet halls. Only thing I'd change is a better service presence at breakfast. Tables were messy and hot water for tea ran out and no one was around to remedy. But all in all it was a great choice for our family.

I had a horrible experience here. Checking in my first time here and first night, my debit MasterCard was somehow accepted by an employee who swiped my card, gave me a room with no problems. I wake up the following morning and called the front desk to extend my stay , I was told by a hispanic manager who was very rude to me, and she told me that due to my card being a debit card and not being an associated bank card , that I couldnt extend my stay. I just found it very unorganized and extremely unprofessional that I had to go through a situation like that at all, I would of definitely booked my room somewhere else so I could of sleeped in peacefully and extend my stay. I was also rushed to leave. The rooms don't look nothing like the pictures, its COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISING. The hallways, entrance, and rooms also smelled horrible, the place reeks bad, the smell was very unsatisfying, unpleasant and nasty as if the rooms and hallways arent being cleaned correctly or even at all. I felt like I waisted my money, my trip was ruined and I was treated very unfairly checking out, when I respectfully didn't do any damages or anything. I checked in with my mother and law and my fianceee and ALL WE wanted was a peaceful stay and it was the worst stay ever. Ill never go here again. Like NEVER. I WOULDNT RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Great location by the outlet mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful.the pool and fire pit we're a welcome bonus. Rooms are spacious. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed in a king suite. It has two rooms, a bedroom and a living room. Both rooms are small. The fridge was very loud so I turned it off. Breakfast was good, though. Eggs and waffles and cereal, etc. The lobby is cute.

Hotel was really clean. The room I had was spacious, but infested with ants! The pool was always really COLD, so if you're going to go in go around 1-2. The front desk service was always really nice. The gym equipment was old! The hotel is too pricey for the quality!

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, and the breakfast was actually pretty decent for being free. The hotel is central to all kinds of shopping, that include being across from the Ontario Mills Mall. There is a pool, it is built in like a wind tunnel though. No hot tub, which was a bummer.

Breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with many usual breakfast options. It is a nice touch to have cookies and flavored water in the lobby everyday. We did laundry in the hotel and had to go to the second floor for the washer and dryer. That floor overall smelled like some sort of body odor or urine. The sheets are stiff and scratchy. The mattress is okay. I've had worse at hotels. I wouldn't choose this hotel over some of the nearby hotels. We had a better experience at the Marriott Townplace nearby.

My stay at Country was fabulous. I stayed at the jacuzzi room, so much fun! The staff was very friendly. I loved their breakfast buffet, delicious! I will recommend Country to friends and family!
