Beds were a little stiffer than my family likes, but the service was good, breakfast was reasonable and open areas were nice and the tv's were playing the football games.

The staff is very accomodating. The hotel quality and cleanliness is top-notch. Interior of this hotel looks new everywhere. The room decor is comfortable and well accommodated. This hotel has a very nice and large room for accommodating small to medium-size groups. Down the street from airport but not on the flight path thus quiet.

Great & safe location, literally 5 min from the Ontario airport. Hotel is not very accessible, only one entry that can be easy to miss and next to a trailer parking that makes 18 wheelers block the passage. Hotel is regular, nothing really stands out, drab furnishings and medium sized hallways, average rooms. Hotels looks relatively new as of Oct 2017. Free WiFi and complimentary breakfast makes me raise my score to a 4 star.

Excellent service and clean facility. My go to hotel when I am in Ontario. As with all Holiday I'm Express you have breakfast available each morning. Plenty of parking, restaurants and shopping are just a short drive away. Close to the airport so you don't have an excuse to miss your flight.

Excellent customer service, hotel has a nice modern look and is very clean. The room was very comfy and clean as well. Oh the pillow finally as place that has good pillows 👍. The complementary continental breakfast was pretty much the same as other Holiday inn not enough in the menu but enough to get your day started. The location is right next to the busy highways of CA, and there few fast food and dine in restaurant within walking distance. Bottom line top notch service, very clean, highly recommend.

Not friendly to smokers. Hotel is nice, clean and looks brand new. The included breakfast is standard, but acceptable. Beds are very firm, but I know that is a matter of opinion. Overall nice place. Wish they had an acceptable area with seating to smoke.

Nice big rooms, but room wasn't cleaned for some reason. So we didn't get new towels which kind of sucked. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Good breakfast, and it's free.

It was little hard to find at first . However when we got there we had no problems upgraded our room. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The rooms are clean and have plenty of towels. I suppose I haven't state of any hotels recently but I really enjoyed having the Keurig in the room. I'm a coffee person and loved not having to leave my room for my coffee.
