I liked this hotel a lot! The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The property everywhere is clean. Rooms are clean, smell good (which is important to me). We stayed for 2 nights and I liked how they cleaned our room in-between. The complementary breakfast was wonderful! A lot of choices for every taste. The hotel also has heated pool which looks very clean and inviting. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel - is the smell of marijuana at various parts in the evening. Nobody bothered us or something like that but with kids having astma that was still a little concerning. But with cleanness everywhere and very pleasant staff overall the stay was just wonderful!!

Room was very clean. Staff was polite, And responded to additional requests, such as extra towels and blankets immediately. My family enjoyed the variety at the included breakfast.

Everything was fine except for, at least 9n the freeway side was very noisy. Our room was only 100 ft from the freeway and felt like we were laying in our bed next to the freeway. I am hard sleeper so i can sleep through anything but my wife on the other hand had difficult time with the noise.

Great location right by Ontario Airport and mall. Good prices, and less than fancy hotel accordingly. Rooms are fine, doors open to outdoors instead of indoor hallways. Friendly staff very welcoming.

Would give it 3.5 stars if I could. Bottom line: it's not fancy. It's right near the freeway and that side is loud. There are exterior entrances on the first floor. It doesn't impress when you first arrive. But here's the thing, I didn't mind staying here. Little touches made a big difference, like the folded towel on my bed, the well-appointed oatmeal station (coconut!), and the soy milk for coffee (thank you!). And whether it was the guests or my room on the third floor, I didn't hear my neighbors! Thanks

Great place to stay. Nice quality. They called after check in to make sure everything was okay. The TV system was much better than other hotels I've stayed at. The continental breakfast was somewhat lacking, could have used some hash browns but that's nitpicking. Beds were soft, fluffly pillows, and 24 he coffee

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and especially enjoyed the free cookies at the front desk. If you happen to get a room facing north toward the I-10 you might get some of that freeway noise. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

It is a very cozy place. The staff is very hospitable and attentive to one's needs. The breakfast was delicious. The room was kept neat. No problem or hassle checking in or out of my reservation.

Really nice place. Everyone was friendly and the hotel was great. Nice modern rooms and oversized bathroom. Service was top notch. Breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for us. Panda Inn right next door too, which is awesome. Will definitely return when in the area.

Comfortable bed, great showers. The shower head was like seven feet high! And the breakfast was superb! The waffle batter had strawberries in it!!

More of a motel set up. Room is small but fine for my purposes. A no frills stay but not ideal if you're looking for something with more of a hotel, getaway feel.
