Good location but needs updating and or deep cleaning in the rooms. House keeping was sub par as my bathroom and kitchen area was only cleaned a few days out of my 10 day stay. Had to pull the sheets off of the bed or they would not be changed. Managers Social was great, with free food and drink!

I booked this hotel because they had a large 2 bedroom suite available. However, my experience was not good due to the fact that adding additional guests' names to your reservation does not do any good- the front desk will not give out keys to them. What's the point in adding guests' names to the reservation?? My boyfriend got back to the room before I did last night and his keycard wasn't working so he went to the front desk to get another one. They wouldn't give him a new key even though his name was on the reservation. He had to wait outside our room door for half an hour until I got there. So annoying!

Enjoyed my stay for the most part. Only two real problems. First was a scheduled black out which left the hotel without power for most of a day. The other was late one night when the front end staff gave a family a key card to my room, who then tried to get in. Luckily I was there, but if not, it's easy to see how someone could take advantage of that situation.

Hotel was very clean and fit our family of 4 well. The day after we checked out I noticed my Ipad was missing. I called immediately and they had found it. The manager sent it back by fed ex! What a great hotel.

Truly enjoyed my stay with my family. Very clean hotel. The staff was great and also it's very peaceful and quite. The amenities were great as well.

Excellent staff and location but owners have allowed the property to become run-down. Carpets are shabby and filthy, appliances in disrepair, room cleaning indifferent and inconsistent.

The kitchen was nice to have. The fridge, stove, dishwasher and sink. The beds and pillows and blankets were nice too. The tv had good channels. The bathroom was really big.

Breakfast was just ok, dinners were better. Complimentary glass of wine is a nice touch. Great rooms and front desk service. Good location to airport shops and restaurants.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario, CA for two weeks over the holidays to visit with my husband's family. We had stayed here several years ago, and this stay did not disappoint. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It is kept clean; food is well prepared and tasty. We will stay there again when we need to be in the area.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was very welcoming. We brought our dog with us and the hotel was a perfect place for a stay with a pet. They have a nice dog area, pool and jacuzzi. The exercise room leaves you wanting more. Overall this hotel is a great value for a couple or family with a pet. I'd definitely stay here again.
