I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. The room smells moldy and moldy. The smell is barely bearable it's kind of like the smell of damp paper or wet wood left in a hot and humid environment. The bathroom is not clean at all. I do not recommend. If you have to pay more for a better hotel, you would be better off. Do not do this to yourselves.

The room we stayed in was recently renovated. It was spacious. There were electric plugs on every lamp it seemed. On site Bistro restaurant had descent breakfast (though not free). We were pleased with our stay.

Pretty typical courtyard as far as layout and amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants and about a 5 minute drive from the airport. There is no airport shuttle though; so be prepared to pay for a ride. The staff was friendly and helpful however, and I would repeat a stay.

Hot water was shut off apparently due to a leak in the middle of Saturday afternoon. No notification, no plan to accommodate customers. When I contacted front desk, they indicated it was a leak and would be fixed in an hour. One hour later, I was told another hour. Staff was sorry for our inconvenience and were willing to credit us $30 off room rate (even tho room rates double on weekends) $30!!! Are you kidding? There were water buckets collecting dripping water in the hall! After a hot, sweaty morning of golf, my spouse and I were unable to shower prior to an important event.
My spouse and I stay many times at Marriotts (silver) and have never been this frustrated, in fact never written a negative review. Will not return or recommendresponse / report this review -

The place was nice, but there were kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors and running away, fortunately it stopped around 10pm.

The bed was actually pretty comfortable thankfully! No breakfast is served at this hotel, but we did order oatmeal from the downstairs Bistro and it was good. The room we stayed in wasn't very large, but we used points for our stay and the price and location were great. The hotel is located by Ontario Mills mall and plenty of shopping and restaurants. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is parking was limited and the side door entrance wasn't working. Also, the lack of breakfast as an option.

My first time here but this is the best hotel so far in my trip. The facilities are the most complete and the welcoming is professional and fast respond. This is expected in all Marriott group across the world. Room is good, bed is comfortable, fast internet, good all around
