The food area staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our largest complaint was about housekeeping. We checked in on Wednesday and noticed popcorn strewn through the halls on the 7th floor as well as garbage on the floor around the receptacle that was located by the ice and vending machines. On Friday morning when it was still there, we informed the front desk. It was finally cleaned later that day. The housekeeping staff obviously rolled their carts over the popcorn and passed spilled trash yet nobody cleaned it. In addition, an employee at some point would pick up dishes that guests left outside their rooms whom also could have notified the appropriate personnel.
We didn't request service to our room on Thursday but did on Friday. They did not do a very good job. We had hoped they'd sweep the bathroom floor but didn't.
After having spent over three months at various Hilton properties throughout the year, we had sufficient points to use on this stay. We feel our points were wasted in that the property was not as expected.
At other properties we've witnessed staff sweeping, mopping and overall tidying throughout the day. Needless to say we were disappointed in the attention to detail of the staff at this location.

Well furnished and functional room.The room was bit dusty and a few dirty drinking glasses. New Hotel only about 6 year old with a high functioning lobby including dinning area and bar. Good central location close close to the airport and Interstate 10. Overall worth the price. I booked this room through a 3rd party booking site but I was informed that they offer discounted rates for certain local business so my advice would be to call and check rates before booking 3rd party.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Perfect place to hold business meeting. The hotel manager even hosts nightly reception in the bar area with free refreshments.

Facility is new and very clean. The bar, restaurant, lobby area are all very spacious. Elevators are quick, rooms are spacious. I worries about noise from the freeway and airport but didn't hear anything. Parking lot is on the small side but I found a space each night. Close to many reataurants and Ontario Mills Mall. I would stay there again.

What a great hotel. Beautiful building. Great, friendly staff. Amenities are spot on. So quiet even though it was a packed weekend and right by the airport. Wish I could stay here everytime I travel.

I go here quite a few times a year. Usually there's some kind of tournament going on in the area so there are usually tons of families on the weekend. Become a Hilton honors member so you receive points toward your stay. (My last two stays were free because of points) less than a mile from the airport. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We had a wonderful experience employees were very polite and respectful. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the buffet we will definitely be returning.

I usually don't go online and do reviews, but I felt this was a must. I took my 2 girls there just for a day of fun on the pool and shopping. Instead, I got rude employees that didn't want to be bothered apparently. They are racist and choose who they want to serve. As a former manager of a Hilton, I was appalled. Warning: this is not the hotel for you if you are any other race than Caucasian. I will never return to this location again. Terrible. The GM of this hotel really needs have his or her team members take a couple of classes on hospitality and customer service.

When ever I travel to Ontario I stay at this place. Location is very convenient and I like the suites. Service is always good. Breakfast is included in the price and surprisingly quite good. Coffee can be little better. There is an evening reception on weekdays with beer, wine and light snacks.

The Embassy staff went the extra mile on multiple occasions during my stay. When I locked myself out of my car (phone, ID, credit card, keys everything inside) they helped me call AAA and shuttle to Enterprise. They were always understanding and friendly, helping make my unfortunate evening bearable. Five stars for the reception staff!
