The absolute hardest beds I have ever experienced. Would not return for that reason alone. Good condition for budget hotel and very friendly desk staff. Ok if you like hard beds I guess.

The location was good, appreciate it being within walking distance of the Waffle house and gas station for amenities. The room - well I'm sorry but it wasn't very clean, and there were a couple of bugs. The beds were so uncomfortable my back still hurts. The towels are so worn they hardly dried you off. For the price I expected better

Both mornings I went to get coffee, there was a problem. 1st morning the Cappuccino was out, had to wait 10 minutes for that to be filled and cleaned. Coke machine had to be unplugged and restarted to get a water. Was told I could get it from the faucetnot a good answer. Waited on that and then the next morning again, coffee was out and there were no cups. Waited again for that to get corrected. Alot of waiting that was unnecessary. The attendant could have checked or filled up the coffee during his time that he sat behind the counter with his feet on the desk watching TV on his phone.

Also, for a king room, there were only 2 towels and 1 bar of soap. Generally in king rooms there are 4 towels and at minimum 2 bars of soap.

The rooms smelled like marijuana. Towels were stained. The walls were not properly patched where electrical was done. Could still see cut marks in wall. Grease hand prints on the walls of bathroom. Shower curtain has mold growing on it. Lighting is to bright. Would suggest a more welcoming lighting color.

The motel looked as if it has been recently remodeled. The rooms were very large, but the furnishings were very sparse. The beds were too hard for those of us who went and honestly felt like concrete slabs. The people on duty that night and the next morning were very nice and accommodating.

The place practically runs itself. Everyone from staff to guests are down to earth. Animals are allowed and it's nice to see them around. Feels like homerestrooms good but could have been Lil bit cleaner

There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain & the inside of it was really dirty. The freezer in the mini fridge was super gross and dirty. The TV remote wasn't paired to the TV so something as simple as adjusting the volume didn't work. And best of all, my kids woke up in the morning with several bug bites all over them, and there were dead & alive bugs all over the room. The pool was nice pretty nice though.

Yes they are under renovation. But that is what people have asked for. They are updating. This place is close to the lakes and plenty of parking for trucks with trailers. I don't know of many places that allow pets. People need to understand where they are and the price they are paying. I'll always stay at motel6 when traveling with pets.

We reserved an ADA Handicap room, verified it by phone a day after registration and then 2 weeks before arrival. When we arrived we found that they had none. All were now under repair, which started the day before our stay. The clerk stated that all are down stairs so it doesn't matter, but what about the rest of ADA items, such as shower railings, toilet railings, etc. My wife went to the office to discuss this with Cole, the clerk, and he and his friends laughed at her. I had Orbitz call and he hung up on them. When I asked to talk to the manager he said he did not know how to get in touch with him, even though he lived on the premises. I said that I wanted to cancel, but he said I would still have to pay for that night, for I did not follow their cancellation policy and give enough notice.

The next day when I talked to the manager, I found where the clerk got his attitude. He said that there was nothing that they could do and I could have gone somewhere else. He too said I would have had to pay for that night. When I asked whey he didn't inform us when they started the construction, especially since my reservations requested handicap room, he said that was not his place. He said I should have called to verify it, which I did within 2 weeks of our arrival. He said stuff happens and I have to live with it.

I told him I would be leaving bad reviews on trip sites and he said I don't care for no one reads those anyway. I said I would inform Corporate and he said that they were independently owned and corporate couldn't do a thing about it.

If this is how Motel 6 is going to police their "independent" hotels then I don't want to stay at them ever again.

First not happy that you advertise a rate of $60 dollars but fail to show or say it's a higher price for Fri, Sat or Sun, nothing about the hotel, services or amenities change so why change the price you don't pay your staff a higher price either. Then the customer service was extremely slow and no one offered to help him at the front desk, the other employee walked in and out of the front door twice and looked at the line and went into the back office. When I finally got my room the A/C didn't work, I actually help the maintenance guy pull it out and put the new one in (he was extremely helpful) then my iron didn't work, I took it back downstairs and told them and they plugged it into the wall in front of me to see if what I said was true, they could have done that after I walked away. Other than that the hotel itself was functional and clean. The front counter service could have been better and why change the price just because it's the weekend and nothing about the services change, it's not like we got a better quality of soap for the room. The best thing was getting the 10% discount at the Waffle House for being a guest here.

When we checked in the man made photo copies of my ID and credit card did not secure them.. When we went to our room some one had already been in the room and all their personal belongings was in it. We got our second room and it was disgusting, was not clean, mouse traps behind the dresser, no toilet paper, bed was hard as sleeping not he floor. It took the owner 30 minutes to find my credit card he had copied after he tried to give me someone else's credit card information. He never apologized and never offered compensation in any way. Was very rude and accused me of stealing the cart information. We have contacted the corporate office and want this facility under full investigation. The must have better service, customer security must be a top priority and the rooms need a revamp. We paid $230 for 2 nights stay. We spoke to another couple and they said they are filing a complaint as well.

There wasn't one redeeming feature in this stay. It started with check in when there was no one in sight. Finally after ringing the bell numerous times, the clerk came to the desk. Very unfriendly. The hotel was under construction, with work being done in the room across from ours. The noise started early and sheetrock dust was everywhere. We left the hotel in the morning and returned about 2pm,only to find out the room had not been cleaned yet. We couldn't open the drapes in our room to let in light because someone was living in the parking lot and had their camper parked in front of the window and they were sitting outside. It was obvious that the housekeeping staff was bringing their children to work with them, as they were everywhere on Saturday morning, including in the laundry room. The room itself was in terrible disrepair. No stopper in the tub, dirty fixtures, broken tiles, the furniture was broken and marked up. The pillows were thin and hard. I left a note asking for another pillow, never got one, ended up going to the desk to ask for one. The air conditioning was loud and inefficient. It woke us up every time it kicked on. There was a breakfast area, however all that was available was coffee. For a total of $277 for two nights, we received about a $20 value. We are on a cross country trip, and have stayed in numerous hotels, including a very nice Motel 6, we expected more for the price. Perhaps the property should stay closed until it is ready to receive guests in the proper manner. This property does not reflect well for the Motel 6 name. If we could give negative numbers on the rating scale, we would.

I reserved a non-smoking room. I was put into a smoking room that smelled like a bar and the smoke-alarm was missing.
Luckily another guest was willing to switch. This room was better, but the TV looked like it had been hit with a sledge hammer. The bathroom was missing the stopper and the beds were ROCK hard.
I payed double the standard rate because it was a special event weekend. I did not get my money's worth. The ice machine was downstairs and I was upstairs. The paint job is horrible. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone, and I will never stay there again.

We have stayed quite a few times at this motel on 29th St. in Apache Junction because it is usually reasonably priced and close to our destination. On our last stay on 2-3-17, we were put in one of the newly remodeled rooms. The beds were hard as a rock, being just a mattress with no box spring. This seems to be a trend in motels and it is NOT customer friendly! Research has shown for years that "firm" (read: hard as rocks!) mattresses are NOT conducive to good sleep and even prevent sleep! Wasn't crazy about the linoleum floors instead of carpet, eithermakes for a "spartan" feel to the room, not to mention cold feet. But at least, it would be nice if you could get rid of the timed lights in the bathroomnot fun to be in the middle of a nice, hot bath and suddenly to be plunged into darkness, necessitating a cold jump-up to feel around the corner outside of the door for the light, thus waking up your sleeping husband in the process! We really liked your motel, but will probably be looking elsewhere, if you are changing all of your rooms to this pseudo-Japanese re-model. I know it's the "tourist season", but $100 per night is too much to pay if we're not going to sleep well and be uncomfortable the whole time.
