Bad place the desk Clark wanted more money on top of my reservation price. Plus I had to wait 15 minutes because the guy wasn't at his work station. I was about to leave then he came out. Not happy canceled reservation with them and went to the Quality INN down the road. Just in town for 4 days on business. Will not ever stay there.

This hotel has phenomenal staff, comfy king size beds, microwave and refrigerators in every room. The manager is on site at all times and very helpful. I have been here several times this time being the longest and never had any problems. At times guests are a little challenging but the manager has it under control. I will only stay here from this time on.

Booked room on booking then when I arrived the manager had me booked for the wrong date, then attempted to overcharge me if I wanted to stay that night. The outside and inside were kept clean. The place was rather noisy on the outside for 11pm. I won't be returning to this establishment.

Clean look on outside and well appointed on inside. I come often to the ASU area for work, so this is perfect with freeways nearby. Great price is s plus.

Booked this hotel through Expedia and all I can say is what a disappointment. They gave me room 108, first the room smelled stale and moldy. The furniture had cigarette burns everywhere, the towels were dirty, the tub didn't drain when taking a shower. The front desk clerk asked for an additional $12 for an energy efficiency tax even though all the lights were on timers. I was approached several times coming into my room by prostitutes hanging outside. I asked the front desk person about the reviews before checking in and she stated "we're under new management and are very careful about who we rent rooms to". Too bad negative stars is not an option because this place would get negative 5 stars. Your better off sleeping in your car at a truck stop which I seriously considered. Do yourself a favor and stay away

I usually stay at higher end hotels but I just needed a last minute room this time. I found this place by pure accident and it was one of the only places that had a vacancy. I checked in and I was a little hesitant because it didn't look very inviting. But like I said it was just for one night. Well that one night ended up turning into a 4-day stay and I stayed at the roadway and the whole time because I was so impressed with their maid service and the staff was so nice and helpful. It wasn't nothing fancy just your run-of-the-mill Motel but when I needed clean towels the maids brought them immediately. I had a lot of special request because I'm disabled and the staff there went above and beyond what day usually provide to make sure that I was accommodated and comfortable with my stay. I asked the maid staff to clean my room at the last room of the day that way I could sleep late because I was out till 4 or 5 a.m. on business and they not only made sure I was the last room cleaned but they made sure that my room was one of the quietest rooms at the motel. I really appreciate the way the maid Tammy helped me move things around so that I was able to do them by myself in the room without needing a caretaker. Bravo to her for going above and beyond I'm sure what her job description entails. Thank you again Rodeway Inn for making my stay as pleasant as possible. You definitely shouldn't judge this book by the cover

I came here hoping to get some rest, just got done with a long day of moving out of my apartment and needed a place to sleep before I depart the Valley. But I was rudely awoken to bed bugs crawling on the bed sheet. Immediately after seeing it I freak out and put one in a cup and show the front office. After showing the guy in the front desk he says it's doesn't really looking like a bed bug, he seemed to have not much knowledge about bed bugs. I've dealt with these nasty, nasty little bugs before. The guy just told me that their we're no other rooms available and he would have to call a pest control in a couple days??? I demanded a refund and he said I was unable to get my money back until pest control come in a couple days??? EVEN AFTER SHOWING HIM THE BED BUG! After I leave to get my belongings, he follows me outside to throw the cup away (with the bed bug) in the outside trash? But was unable to even walk a little further to check this buggy mess inside the room.

Where to beginthe door was busted from being kicked in previously, the room was dirty when we arrived. They had given our room away. We reserved a 2 bed room, but all they had left was a King room. Told us we could switch the next day. We had our do not disturb sign out on the door the next morning & they still knocked on the door asking if we needed anything. The only thing that saved this trip was the fact that we saw Panic. Do not stay at this hotel. Find another one, because this one is not good.

They hike their rates for events and treat the people that frequent their establishment the rest of the year like chopped liver during these times. NO LOYALTY. But convenient and a step up from the other motels near by

Dirty, needs paint and carpets, had to change rooms because of missing 'fridge and microwave, and that.smashed wall. Bathroom door was worn out. Hey, I am on a budget right now but I expect a decent room. I see they keep dropping prices here. Choice Hotels corporate better take a hard look at this property. Travelers, even Motel 6 would be better.

Courteous staff, clean room, great price. Close to everything I wanted to see in Tempe such as the college, the marketplace, and downtown. Room was missing a few amenities I'm used to at most hotels like an iron or a hair dryer, but for the price I suppose that's to be expected. A nice room for the price. Definitely would stay again.

Super clean. Friendly staff. We were by the road so you can hear the light rail but that's fine. Comfy pillows. Nice little breakfast. No soaps but for the price this place is a must
