They allow pets, but the room was completely free of any evidence of an animal being there, nothing chewed on or any odors. Room has separate living room/kitchen space and bed room. I arrived for the first night at 5:00am after not sleeping for nearly two days. Breakfast hadn't started yet, but the front desk was kind enough to tell me to step in and grab a pastry it cereal. Good value for what I paid.

For the price of a Motel 6, this place is so much better. Big room with 2 TVs and a comfortable bed. Free breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon. Quiet place Good night's sleep, good deal, Yay!

I travel a lot for work and this was one of the worst overall hotel experiences I've had. I found out at 5 AM that my hotel room had no hot water. I don't mean the water wasn't warm enough for my liking, I mean there was zero hot water.
The desk drawer in the room was broken at some point and in their attempt to repair it they left a bunch of nails/screws poking through the bottom of the drawer. I've attached pictures. Nothing like getting stabbed in the thighs when you sit down to work on your laptop.
When I came down to leave I waited at the front desk to voice my complaints and there was no one around, only a sign that said "be back soon" or something like that. After waiting 5-10 minutes and not seeing anyone I had to leave. I had to call in four times just to speak to someone. I got put on hold for at least 5 minutes each time. Front desk told me since I didn't tell them at the time of the incident there was nothing they could do.
Do yourself a favor, find a different hotel.

Me and my family have stayed here a little while and out of all of the hotels we stayed in throughout our travel. This is best hotel. They have great service and great breakfast options. The pool is a little chilly but is okay. The gym is okay as well.

Not the most pleasant stay. Suites are not stocked with any type of kitchenware. During a weeklong stay, cleaning staff did not replace one towel, one shampoo bottle, one soap, or one cup. Each day, I had to go to the front desk to replace the items. Smokers congregate outside the entrance seemingly 24 hours per day. Breakfast and the kindness of the front desk staff earn a 2nd star.

I made a reservation well in advance and was informed when we got to the hotel to check in, that they had no available rooms. Not accommodating. Not professional. The lady working the desk that night seemed very flustered and frustrated. I don't think we were the first she had to turn away. Would have made a huge difference for my perspective if she would have at least offered to assist in finding us a sister hotel to accommodate our booking. Rather I had to make calls to find a last minute hotel to accommodate our travel dates.

The staff there were definitely more worried about the people staying there having warrants then their comfort! If they could actually work on keeping the customers happy I'd give them 5 stars.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room itself is small, outdated, water has a mold smell and taste to it. Smell of marijuana permeates the halls and always a group of unsavory characters hanging around.

Pretty decent buy. You get a lot of space and accommodations for your money. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The only real concern i had is that the police were in the lobby speaking with guests a couple separate times during our stay

Nice hotel overall. They need to beef up their staff or hire folks who will show up. We did notice our room had a slight odor reminessant of prior alternative tobacco use.

Curtis, (Manager) is one of the most professional, kind, individuals! Who went above and beyond for my daughter and I. We cannot thank you enough!!!
Manuel, Assistant Manager booked my room over phone when I was having trouble with web site. Very sweet and AMAZING!
Joanne, from housekeeping is a complete angel! Hard worker, that was always willing to lend us a hand! (Our stay was for 1 month)

Clean hotel. nice spacious rooms. Decent view. Easy freeway access. They offer continental breakfast. Typical for a hotel like this.

Overall the hotel is OK. It has all the basics including a good breakfast. The rooms vary in appearance and some are better than others. All need work and updates. They need to have the bathrooms redone as they look and feel like they are original. They do have comfortable beds and new TV's. If you can get a deal it on the rate it is a good place to stay!
