Good, clean, safe hotel. NOT the Holiday Inn of the bad old days. Great staff. Undergoing some renovations even though nothing seems to be in bad repair. They are just keeping ahead of the curve, which is good.
I will be visiting the area regularly for several months and this will be my base of operations.response / report this review -

We travel a lot and see a lot of hotels. This hotel is amazing.the staff is always friendly, no matter what time you are there. It is very quiet, clean and smells good. The buffet was great. The pool area is fabulous. The rooms are very large. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean. Even the elevators are kept clean. You can tell this hotel is ran with very high standards. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable. We will stay here again.

Location was very convenient for business travel I was on. Friendly staff was quick to help check in and answer questions. Room was large and comfortable at a good rate.

Well maintained fairly new building, with well-appointed rooms and a slightly-larger-than-average fitness center. My only complaint is in regards to the decision to outfit the business center with iMacs. I understand that they convey a certain aesthetic sensibility, but it makes things a little bit of a hassle for those of us who aren't regular users. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would stay here again.

They only have two amenities - pool & gym - the pool had sand in it and the water level was lower than the 1st step. Staff said that maintenance didn't work weekends. Never, never. stay there again!!

This is a very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable to stay at, but I was most impressed with the staff that worked there. Everyone was so kind and friendly and really seemed to enjoy working there which speaks volumes about how the hotel is ran. I was always greeted with a smile no matter how many times I came or went, or who was on duty. Great job!

Why did I put a 5 star review? Not only did the manager help out when I had some questions.. But when I found out that the dry cleaners didn't show up with my suit he said and I quote " I will pay for your suit to be delivered where ever you want it" great service! 👌

For a mid tier business class hotel, this Holiday Inn is conveniently located and provides good, clean service. The breakfast selection is somewhat lacking, but all other amenities are satisfactory

Easy check in, friendly staff. They still had rooms available even with the busy holiday weekend. Room was clean, had everything it needed. Breakfast is not free, but parking is. Convenient to Chandler area.

Nice clean rooms. Reserved our room using credit card points and when I got my next statement the points were deducted plus they charged me for the room. Called them to resolve it and was told they were to busy at 1pm to research it but they would call me back. Never received a call back. Finally had to dispute it with my credit card company.

Very clean and modern with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and professional. Towels are a bit scratchy and there was no safe in our room.
