Rooms are nice and spacious. Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from great food options. Rooftop pool and firpit are amazing and nice place to hang out. Free breakfast daily and happy hour 3 nights a week. Staff is friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here.

Rooms were nice. Several cleanliness issues and disposals didn't work. Had a light that either didn't work or I could not find the switch too, but not a super big deal. Complementary breakfast is good. Location is great if attending an ASU event such as a football or basketball game, or either fall or spring graduation. Was strange, however, that they don't have access to PAC 12 games, but I guess it forces you to a bar to watch the game if you do not have tickets. Service was prompt and friendly. Complementary coffee is not available all day, pretty much my only real complaint, but I would definitely stay again.

The room is great and the breakfast is good especially for a free one. The facility is nice and on certain days of the week there are free drinks and food in the evening. The pool is overcrowded with kids and the hot tub isn't warm. Other than that it is really good.

It looks nice inside and out. The staff is nice and helpful. I was only in a conference room, but it was big, clean and looked great. It's easy to find things and it's a nice, big hotel to explore. It's also directly across from the light rail and is close to a lot of restaurants.

This hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and patient, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the complimentary beer and wine social in the lobby was a great bonus. I very much enjoyed the stay here and would love to return when i can.

Toad is a kind, caring and professional Assistant Manager at the Residence Inn by Marriott Tempe Downtown location and because of his wonderful leadership skills; he has zero tolerance for mistreatment of guests. As soon as Toad is aware of any concerns at all with his guest, he nips the issue in the bud. His leadership skills are unmatched in the industry. Also, Karen’s food-service leadership skills are beyond measure especially when tons of guests swing into the cafeteria everyday as hungry as a church mouse. All in all, this is a very up-beat hotel and we are happy to have been affiliated with them during our relatively long stay in Arizona.

The location of the Inn is a good one, right in the center of Downtown Tempe close to where the night life is vibrant. The hotel itself is really clean, the rooms are tidy, and the amenities are nice and modern. Some of the furniture fives a communist bloc vibe, but unless you're familiar with what that means, you won't have a problem. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is a great hotel. Very nice big rooms with a full kitchen. The staff has been very friendly and great at giving restaurant suggestions. The breakfast is on par. The location is close to everything and within walking distance of good food and Sun Devils stadium. Pool in the roof and the view is perfect.

The rooms are eco-friendly, and spacious. They have full sized kitchens (including fridges) and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's also very close (walkable distance) to a number of restaurants - and the parking is in an adjacent parking lot.

Great, clean hotel in a great location with a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Slept with the hvac fan on and didn't hear any noises outside room. Complimentary parking on Friday & Saturday. Free airport shuttle (starting at 5:30-6am?). I only stayed 1 night and checked out for an early flight prior to breakfast and shuttle service. Would've been nice if there was a to-go breakfast for early departure customers.

This high rise hotel in downtown Tempe is one of the best in the city. Complementary daily hot breakfast buffet and a weekday evening free happy hour are huge highlights. The hotel features a wonderful rooftop pool and fire pit, and the comfortable lobby is inviting. And its prime location just off of popular Mill Ave makes this hotel one of the best in the city.

Elegant tower in the heart of downtown, offers all the services you need as a tourist. Perfect walking distance from most of the places in Tempe. Right next to the light train system that takes you to Phoenix. And you can also save on some essentials because they have cute kitchenettes. Yet very reasonably priced. Make sure to book ahead, that are always crowded.
