This property is family owned and managed. The outside is well landscaped with a pool in the middle and a water display for bird's to bathe. The rooms are kitchenette and they also have two jacuzzi suites available. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are friendly and attentive to guests needs. The rooms are well decorated and comes with a microwave, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker. I would definitely suggest a short term stay at this facility also conveniently located across the street from EVIT college.

The rooms were nice. Smelled and appeared presentable. Decent kitchenette. Bathroom sink had pipe missing for drainage and had bucket underneath to catch water (filled quickly). Parking is scarce (better check in and get parked before it gets busy) Owners live there and need door to be unlocked before entering tiny office. We (per say) had no problems with the hotel, but would more than likely choose another hotel. There is a pool, but on the smaller side and aits in the middle of the surrounding parking and hotel. Not good for peeping toms.

It's ok for the price all rooms are different some alot nicer then others. The only downfall is the high traffic area due to being next to light rail out front.

Looking at previous reviews I had mixed feelings about making a reservation here.
I should not have.
I made a 2-bed reservation online. The man at the front desk said it was for a 1-bed, which I certainly would not have booked, and charged $10 more per night. He was also rather rude during the entire checking in process. Most hotels charge for the stay at the end, and just charge for a deposit in the beginning, which is what I was expecting. He charged the entire stay upfront.
The room smells like mildew, headboard are just leaned against the wall and not attached to the beds, wall A.C. unit barely worked. I went to rinse a bottle in the sink and a cockroach crawled out of the drain. Trash was left in the desk drawer, the lamp wasn't plugged in (Not that it mattered, the switch to turn it on had been broken off). The comforters on the beds smelled like that had been left in a washer for 2 days before being dried.
I dont normally leave reviews, but I felt anyone looking to book soon should know it's current state. Unfortunately, I am locked in for a couple of nights.
Hopefully you will take this into consideration when booking.I encourage you to look someplace else :/ The price difference is worth it.response / report this review -

Absolutely gross place . They say 2 .5 it's more like - 200.5 . No dresser , tv is bolted the wall so it can't even be swiveled to see across the room . Weak ass ac and the worst wifi I've ever seen . No hangers to even hang up close on the make shift shelf the glued to the wall . Filthy walls , a fridge that didn't even have a shelf in it to put the things you want to keep cold , broken fan in the bathroom that made noises like it was being beaten. No info on getting a hold of the front. If two people are staying they have to share one towel , one wash cloth , and one hand towel . What the hell is that about ?? There Expedia account shows one room available for an specific date and it's completely a cemetery in there . No one is fighting to get that one room left cause all the rooms are empty and it's them that's making it look like they are almost full. The pics for this place does not show the truth of the condition of this slump. Don't let the price fool you cause it's all a joke . Pay a bit more and go get a real 2.5 started place . This place doesn't need to rated it needs to be cleaned up and the truth be told to the public.

Reserved this hotel room many months in advance for two double beds for me and my traveling companion. I paid $50 for the two beds in a room, but when I arrived the staff told me they did not have any rooms with two beds available and blamed it on a third party website. They offered no discount or resolution besides a terrible rollaway bed which was not fit to sleep on. I didn't get what I paid for and felt like it was a bait and switch deal.

So we stayed here while visiting Phoenix for the weekend and the room itself was ok, the bed wasn't the most uncomfortable one I've stayed in, and the water pressure was good. The owner gave us the "special" room with a jacuzzi in the room. The bad things about the room were there were stained hand towels in the room. We just considered them dirty and didn't use them. The jacuzzi had water from the previous patron's use in the seat, so we just left the cover on it and used it as a table to put our luggage on. Not the best hotel and definitely wouldn't use the jacuzzi, but for the price it was perfectly fine to sleep in if you don't plan on spending much time in the room!

The location was very quiet and peaceful. I don't remember the last time I had a great night sleep. The room itself was very good in size and very clean. I love the fact it has a full kitchen in it. I would definitely stay here again.
