I came here over other because my experience with Days Inn, in the past. This woman at front desk was nice over the phone but rude once i arrived. The price was normal for Days Inn but the room was way below average. The bed was practically a box spring, very stiff and uncomfortable. The room was dirty, carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed, tares in the lamp shades, gang writing on the light switches and burn holes in the comforter and along the bath tub. I would NEVER come here again. Huge disappointment.

The room was 79.99 and then an extra $25 as collateral in which the owner or manager does NOT want to give it back to you and will make up lies and all kinds of stuff in order to keep the extra $25. its pathetic and disgusting they do that. Only when he realized that i was filming him did he finally and very begrudgingly return my $25 to me.
DO NOT GO THERE!
Also just recently all this happened, but be careful opening the window blinds there because they had some sort of needle in it and it stabbed my thumb horribly. So now i am going to get tested soon. When i confronted the same owner and management about it they became irate and furious, yelling and cussing me out and im sure fearing a lawsuit they then tried turning it around and blaming me and telling/accusing me of putting the needles there!! I couldn't believe they were trying to slither away from the responsibility.
Its a disgusting place, "managed" by even more disgusting people.response / report this review -

We had stayed a couple nights at Days Inn east Mesa.Rooms could've been a little cleaner but we're not bad. The staff here seems to work well with it's guests. I didn't like the fact that we went on for continental breakfast ten minutes before it was supposed to be done and they had already put it all away and did not offer us anything. It made me feel more like baggage than a paying customer.

Absolutely a bad representation of a days inn. Obviously i wasnt expecting the hilton for thia price but i expect things to look a little better. All pool chairs where broke, pool was not super clean, lots of homeless ppl walking through asking for rides or money, no microwave in breakfast area to warm the Muffins up and they were COLD! WIFI was great, and room was pretty clean. Shower and rub area need need extra cleaning. I have pics of every thing and am sending to days in Corp.

I have stayed at this location many times and have gotten to know the managers. They have always met my expectations on room standers and customer service. Quite and friendly location with plenty of other places to shop , eat and visit. Everything is close by.

It was nice and clean but in a sketchy area. Then again was cheap. Desk help was ify, lady answered her phone mid helping us and didn't really talk us through are stay like other hotels.

It was dirty, outdated, needed repairs and lacked basic amenities like, coffee maker, hair dryer. Absolutely disgusting. From the carpet, drapes, walls and furnishings were filthy & falling apart.

Stayed here for 2 weeks while the house was getting worked on. The stay was excellent. The workers are very friendly, and the pool is very clean. The only hotel that my parents and I came back to after searching for one closer to the house. Excellent stay for the price, and easily one of the best motels we stayed at.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The room was definitely not cleaned before us. We found what looked to be cum in the bathtub and pubic hairs on all of the towels. The sheets and towels both were stained and absolutely gross. Won't ever be staying there again.
