The room was clean and both the inside and outside were nest and lively with staff. upon entering the music, lighting and staff were nicely decorating the spacious room with a convenient area for check in and baggage handling. overall I would give this location a 9 out of 10 with the cleanliness of bathrooms being the only issue

Went here 2 times for a thing at the college and this was a great hotel. The regular (non suite) rooms where not amazing but they where a solid 6 of 10. Great free breakfast. Great location. And the shuttle service is so darn useful it is not even funny.

I had gone to Holiday Inn Express the night before a wedding that I was a bridesmaid in. We already had 4 girls staying in our small room, including me, and I went outside to pick up 4 more people, 2 adults and 2 kids, the staff kept kept giving me dirty looks. But overall, the experience away from that was pretty good and I do reccomend this motel/hotel. ❤

Comfy beds. I appreciate the pillow selection and have firm and soft pillows labeled. Provided breakfast is really good. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. Much better than what other places provide. Conveniently next to ASU campus, but rooms are quiet.

Pretty decent hotel. Could use some better upkeep. (Musty room smell, worn outlets, caked over shower head, etc) However I'll definitely stay here before the other Holiday Inn's in the the Phoenix area.
What I love? The surroundings. A lot less likely to get shot at this one. ASU is right there so lots of trendy places.
Should be sweet once the renovation is complete!

The curtains don't close all the way so it's really bright in the room. They were also burnt. We had to keep going to the second floor for ice because there no ice machine on the first floor just the second and third. Also messy outside, and not well kept. Also when we arrived housekeeping was still cleaning our room and we showed up 2 hours after check-in time.

Rooms had double queen beds and service was nice and professional. Breakfast was free and higher quality than usually found in these hotels which was a pleasant surprise.

It was a very good hotel. The pool was nice and clean and warm, the jacuzzi was also very nice. The rooms were amazing, nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helped with everything. Breakfast was a must have and was a good start to the day. Would definetly recommend to others.

Nice place. It's an older property, but pretty well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are responsive to requests. Overall, a good experience.
